+ 3Ordered 1 vial of 300mg test e, sent ethereum payment and submitted it on the site like it says to do. The payment was canceled and my order hasn't been shipped. I've sent over 5 messages and haven't received a response in weeks.
No clue since they were never shipped.
FUCKING TERRIBLE. They stole my money.
The order was never delivered.

+ 3The gear is fucking awesome, no doubt about that. I have faith in Basic as they have always done me right eventually. This time it took way too fucking long and it was way too quiet from their end. I ORDERED FROM WAREHOUSE 3 SO IT SHOULD BE FAST AND EASY.
Best I’ve ever had, hands down
0/10 I sent 4 emails and none of them got a response in 2 weeks. I was told once my order shipped that 24 hours I would have a tracking number. 6 days later and I still don’t have it.
4 stars for the packaging, the boxes for the gear make it feel legit and it came in a small 8inx4in package. The real problem is they told me it shipped on Saturday And it didn’t show up until the next Friday. (Today) total it took 13 fucking days from when they processed the payment. That’s twice as long as the “max” shipping time.
And the fact that I got no tracking number made it significantly worse
Gear is so god damn good I’m willing to put up with the BS. In the past they have been good on everything they said so I’ll sum it up to bad circumstances. The ONLY reason I recommend this source is the quality of gear and the faith I have that they will eventually ship my pack. Customer service is DOG SHIT.

+ 7Hello, me and my friends have used Pharmacom since they day we switched to the "Darkside".The Gear was and still is great and i think this is the main reason Pcom managed to stay so long in this business.However the Customer service is one of the worst if not the worst of all sources i have used- Messages are replied in short and bad english or not replied at all.So im praying every time that nothing goes wrong with my order.The logistics were fine before covid hit but recently they switched shipping ways and my order from the international warehouse takes now 3x! as long as the old shipping way.Promos were always good.But recently they started acting ..lets say suspicious towards customers.Payment and orders are disappearing from dashboards.Emails are not answered.Orders are not reshipped.There are numerous reviews on other boards aswell.This time my order actually managed to arrive at my doorstep but the delivery guy couldn't find my adress and decided to return the package back to sender.Messaged basic several times-no response.Seems like i lost 500 bucks.
Top notch if you receive it.

Shipping was alright until they switched shipping ways.
I will change this review if i receive my products.

basicstero/pharmacom labs was my mayor supplier when it comes down to gear. I always ordered from the WAREHOUSE 2 and was satisfied with everything. Customer service was great, fast and on point, sales journey was easy to follow, purchase was no problem at all and the products they are offering are just very good. Only downside was the long delivery (40 days in average for the Warehouse 2) but with the right amount of planning an issue one can handle.
That’s the status till I did my last order with a value about 450€ which was an 28.07.2022.. As usual I paid with Ethereum, received a payment conformation via mail und a couple of days later a shipping notification also via mail with the corresponding tracking number. As you see the process runs smoothly to this point – no worries. Products has been shipped on 08.08.2022, reached Germany on 23.08.2022 and since then don’t move any further. The Tracking number provides the information “23/08/2022 07:36 Item Presented to Customs“ so I am sure the order has been seized. Order is now 47 days in transit, and it does not seem to go any further from here.
So I contact them on the 15.09.2022 via mail and on the 19.09.2022 again via “contact us” on their page. And as many other customers and reviewers here have mentioned they just don’t fucking answer!
First I was surprised because their support was excellent the last couple of times I ordered, now I am upset about the stupidity to screw a customer who is willing to spend thousand of € per year in said store. How brainless must you be to ruin a functional long-term business relationship for quick cash grab?
At the moment I would avoid ordering there. It is just a scam now! Not recommended to buy here!

Just finished up a Test Prop, NPP and Growth cycle. NPP and Test Prop was from BasicStero. This is hands down THE BEST cycle I have ever ran. I gained incredible strength and size all while maintaining low body fat and staying very lean. No side effects at all. Everything about this cycle was just amazing.
Product was simply amazing. NPP and Test Prop were ON POINT. I was always ready for the gym. My appetite was good, sex drive was great, sleep was awesome and training was insane. I will absolutely be running this cycle again and definitely from this source.
When I placed this order I received a confirmation email and tracking number within less than a day. I think recently they had some staffing issues but that doesnt matter because I also made another order about 5 days ago and even though I never received an email, I still got my package again within less than a week.
Package was bubble wrapped and boxed very well. No problems whatsoever.
Again, this was hands down the best cycle Ive ever ran. EVERYTHING was just great all the time while on this cycle. Basicstero is in my Top 3 go to sources.

Their website was my main stop shop to buy the stuff but after the bad experience I had, I will shift to osgear.com. I had my order seized by the customs and I told basicstero to re send the order in vials. But instead, they send hand sanitizer packets filled with an unknown substance with no labels. I sent them 5 e mails complaining that is not what I wanted but they never replied. I am attaching what they send to me for the value of 230 euros.

I ordered my product 10 days ago from the US (W3) warehouse. I immediately made the BTC transfer and provided the payment details. The order status never changed from "waiting for payment," even though I provided the information 3 times. Now the order has disappeared from the dashboard. My attempts to contact have gone unanswered. I have been a customer for several years and never had a problem. Now I'm out money, my order was deleted and I can't get a response. I don't know what to think.
I haven't received product.
As stated in overall experience, there is no service or communication at this point.
No product received yet.
Order delivered! 20 days from order to delivery was longer than expected for US (W3) warehouse though.

+ 3I ordered my product on Monday (5 days ago) and made payment through Bitcoin. Never had issues but this is the first time I’m having issues with this company. I emailed them several times, probably 6-7 and still no response. My product hasn’t shipped yet and they aren’t responding. This company always has been great to work with but I’m worrying what is going on. I paid and can’t even get a response. I hope they didn’t go under.
