Var/Clen quick cycle Tips

ad

I have been dealing with sciatica from a bulged disk for 2 years. I have gained about 40 pounds of fat in that time as I could not keep up with my workouts or do any cardio. I am finally in a position to get back at it.

I plan to run a clen and and var cycle. I have run clen in the past with good success. This will be the first time I will be running var. I am considering running something similar to this:

Week 1-2: Anavar 40 mg a day
Week 2-4: Clen (typical build up to 100 mcg), dex
Week 4-6: var 40 mg a day, Ketofin
Week 6-8: Clen (typical build up to 100 mcg), dex
Week 8-10: var 40 mg a day, Ketofin
Week 10-12: dex

This is be conbiens with a 2200 calories diet and a 10 hour eating window.

3 days of heavy lifting (6-8 reps) along with easy twice a week. I will have to find out what cardio does not bother my sciatica that is lingering.

This should be enough I think to lose what I want with minimal impact or sides.
Is there an alternate cycle I should be using?
Should I just run var all the way through?
Is there something better to take? I will not take DNP. Appetite suppressants are appealing but most seem to be a form of SSRI or other anti depressant and I fear going manic.

TRT testosterone and HGH is what would best be utilized for that initial “getting back into the gym after an injury and gaining fat.” Diet, cardio, training with a solid TRT dose (200mg test / week) with a solid dose of HGH would be much better to start with at your current place. Once you’re lean (<10% BF) and primed after getting back into the swing of things (diet down, training down, body fat reduced and HGH being worked into the blood for a good prime.) thennnnnn maybe consider a cycle. Least that’s my .02

I think it sounds like you have a good plan there. However, I would suggest reducing the amount of clenbuterol and increasing the amount of Anavar. Also, you could add in some other compounds to help with your fat loss, such as Trenbolone, Winstrol, Human Growth Hormone (HGH), or IGF-1. Additionally, you may want to consider using an appetite suppressant or thermogenic such as Caffeine or Yohimbine. Finally, in terms of cardio, you may want to try low impact activities such as biking or swimming, or walking on an incline if your sciatica allows it.

I agree with most of these dudes. I got blown up down range so my back is effed up. Losing the weight before hitting peds would be the ideal thing. It'll take a lot of pressure off your spine right there. Do you do regular physical therapy? Cuz that can help a lot with the muscle imbalance. Be careful man. You'll end up walking around like Ronnie with those sticks. Best of luck.

this is absolutely awful. No test base or anyting??? oral only? also, clen sucks ass. especially if your trying to lose 40 POUNDS?!!! i tried clen and it fucked with my heart so bad. ill never run it again. you want to run var and clen at the same time with no test base??? If you want to lose fat then its ALL diet. pushing drugs to lose fat is a terrible idea. id stick to dieting and exercising and THEN maybe running some type of cycle. but not this one. this is not the right way to go. if ANYTHING, id consider injectable L-Carnitine possibly.

Lose the Clen, especially at that dosage. What lunatic recommended you do that much per day?
That’s a heart attack waiting to happen. The Var will add strength, and might help A LITTLE with fat loss, but not going to do what you’re expecting.

Here is the perfect cycle for you to start immediately to see some serious weight loss:

Breakfast- 3 eggs (any style)

Lunch- a can of tuna or one of those Tuna and crackers packs

Dinner- chicken and rice (6pm the latest)

Only drink water, maybe a cup of coffee in the morning.

I lost 30lbs in the first month. Couldn’t do this for any longer than 30 days though. Finally broke and never went back to overeating again. Good luck.

yeah 100 mcg seems a little high. I would START it at maybe 20 mcg

Consider a (stationary) bike, I ride for 15-25 hours a week and I'm only able to do that because of the stationary bike. Just so convenient whenever it rains or I'm not feeling like riding. I've also heard of people who had cycling help relieve their sciatica pain.

Yeah man I love riding my bike. My knees have been bothering me on extended rides which is why I have laid off of it other than for just scooting around the city (Chicago). I actually have a carbon Giant Defy 2 but I can't ride it. The long crank makes my knees ache. Right now my ole lady is using it to commute to work since it's much faster than the aluminum Bianchi

Var isn't a fat burner. No way would I ever condone anyone to use var or clen or any drug for that matter to lose 40lbs of fat. Diet and exercise is the only sane answer here. Drugs don't make up for a shitty diet. Use them once you really need them. Being that much overweight the fat will melt off insanely fast just implementing a proper diet and workout routine, any anabolics or ancillaries are a waste right now and just taxing your body unnecessarily.

You are trying to lose weight but yet doing a powerlifting routine. Not very efficient. Get away from that powerlifting mentality right now and into a fat burning mentality. You need to tailor your workout to your goal if you want to have any hope of achieving it. Lose the weight first and then go back to powerlifting. Trying to do both at the same time is a losing proposition.

I may get hate for even saying this as you really should diet down more before taking anything my man. Clen is dangerous same goes for t3. Oral only cycles aren’t for guys imo. I would run test at a trt or slightly higher than trt dose if you really can’t lose weight after trying. Keep an AI on hand because you WILL aromatize heavily weighing that much. Do bloods OFTEN. I’ve seen buddies go on trt being just as and even more overweight and combined with cardio/a good diet get back to prime. Good luck brother, but really think about health before anything.

I cannot imagine what its like dealing with crippling back pain from a bulged disk for 2 years, I know the pain just from a torn hamstring and all the inconvenience it causes for a few months let alone the back. Wouldn't it would be best just to get back into some routine lifting again and doing whatever kind of light/medium back work you are permitted to do by your physio? The back is virtually involved in all movements and the last thing you want to do is over reach things by strengthening it up on gear just yet. Just training natural will get you back in shape in no time if you eat well and healthily :-) As for the Clenbuterol I have seen so many stories over here of young Rugby players taking that stuff to lose a bit of weight before they go to sleep, then their parents or partners finding them dead in bed in the morning from dying of a heart attack - I would stay well away from it.

So the issue is that I powerlifting beforehand. I babe some muscle imbalances which led to my disk bulging. I need to up the strength on the opposing muscles. I cannot, however, lift super heavy and go nutzo building those muscles up. If I can hit them more frequently and with more volume I can build them up faster. If I run a cycle I can drop the weight and build those muscles all at once.

As far as the clen goes I have run clen before. The issue a lot of people have is they run it up to 140-180 because they think it's manly or something to deal with terrible sides. More is not better. I run it up to 100 and leave it at that. I have not heard of anyone dying in their sleep from using it. You are the first

Okay I guess you did your back in doing deadlifts? I have had a few groin strains and torn a hammy from doing them but so far no back problems. It sounds like you already know what plan of action you want to take with it all :-) Here is one of the people:

Stack a workout with a good diet

I am going to do a 2200 calorie diet. This and IF has worked for me in the past. In my 20a I got well under 10% doing this no problem. I was miserable as I was hungry all the time.

This go around I might do a 10 hour eating window with the 2200 calories

wanted's picture

10 hours isnt going to work. Stick to the plan
Your giving up already 16 hours
Drink black coffee and water woth lemon to keep the stomach from feeling hungry
IF works great when followed right

I ran 16/8 IF a few years back and I lost weight easily. By week 9 I was miserable every morning. The issue I ran into with 16/8 was my eating window became a problem for my family and friends. The only reason I am planning on a 10 hour window is reduce that impact to my life and to just make myself a bit fuller for calorie counting.

First time I ran it I didn't count any calories. Second and third time I did it I also didn't count calories but I didn't lose any fat. Basically my brain/body had figured out how to eat the necessary calories in the window. It sort of led me to binge eat as I feared becoming extremely hungry the next day.
