+ 2 Low Dose HGH for anti aging and well being

ad

Thanks for reading my post, does anyone have personal experience with this? I'm aware you can use HGH for bodybuilding purposes but the doses are often high 6=10+iu and with an addition of AAS. But, does a low dose of HGH 2-3 IU everyday worth it in terms of anti aging, skin, hair and well being? I'm in my mid/high 20s and want to use it for the anti aging and over well being properties rather then the bodybuilding and building lean muscle.

I've read the below post, and found so much valuable information that answered most of my questions, but I'm looking if any users here can tell me there personal experiences with HGH in terms of anti aging, skin, hair, well being, sleep and so on. Thanks so much, Joe.

@JoeMariasi, I’m twice your age, alright? 0.3iu 2x per day is PLENTY for me, along with my 1cc of testosterone. Honest question: You’re 27ish, what do you need anti-aging peptides for?!? Let’s get you on some testosterone & get some hair on that chest, fella!! <3

I myself haven't used GH but when I do decide to use it, it will definitely be for anti aging properties at the dose you stated. I think GH is a lil more beneficial the older we get as opposed to our 20's. Now what you're trying to do is preventive maintenance and I have no issue with that, however do not forget basic anti aging nutrients such as vit E, C, lipoic acid and collagen peptides. Now these protect against free radical damage to the dermis which is the major spot where wrinkles form in first place. The collagen powder would provide the substance that's needed to make your own collagen. Good luck my man as I'm with ya in this anti aging fight

I use Tretinoin from my derm for the anti aging and wrinkles. Dysport for my actual facial muscles to prevent future wrinkles. Use alot of moisturizes and cleanse my face lightly with good products. When you mean Collagen peptides do you mean short chains of amino acids that are derived from collagen that you can buy in a supplement? I'm going to look more into this and buy some. Do you have any recommendation?
I eat healthy, very minimal gluten, carbs and simple carbs in general and lots of veggies and lean meats. I get mistaken for 21 very often while I'm in my high 20s, so it's a good feeling lol. Eventually, that will dwindle.

Lol damn man I wish I'd taken preventive maintenance when I was your age like you're doing now. But you gotta remember aging is inevitable just like death. All we can do is somewhat slow it and that's what you are trying to do I see. So yea I forgot about tretinoin aka retin-a. That's good that it is in your arsenal too. And yes I meant collagen peptides. These are derived from cows hooves or skin. I use the now brand but there are other brands that are just as good or even work better. And alot of those brands use the same supplier

Thanks for the reply. Ya i figured it might not be that beneficial too me. My levels aren't bad at all, they're average from what my doctor stated. If i was using 3+ IUS of HGH maybe it would be worth it, but for the cost, benefit and risk currently It's not really appealing like everyone kinda saying.

You actually did your research before posting a question. +1.
Nobody does that anymore.. it’s always “how many ML of Tren do I need to be big man..”

lol, I see it happen too much and people get pissed off. It takes a couple seconds to search my initial question and find answers on the forum. but takes several minutes to post it.

One long term item related to aging that is HIGHLY underrated is water. Keratin, elastin, and melanin activity is based off of vitamins and water. Hit up PUBMED and there are more studies on this than you can imagine. Long term hydration will excel past early HGH use by a long shot.

As said by these other gentleman, you won’t really get much in terms of prevention from GH starting young. You’re already at the maximized efficiency as terms of aging.

Put it to the test, and go four days drinking only when thirsty. Then go another four days drinking 1.25-1.5 gallons of water a day including some sort of hydration salts. Tell me how it works.

Thanks for this information. I never thought of something as simple as water as being underrated until you opened my eyes just now lol.

Yes my man hydration with good ole h2O! I've been practicing and preaching this for many years

You should not need HGH considering you are in your mid 20s. From what you mentioned below, your bloodwork seems fine and igf1 is at the right level.

It seems like a waste of money if I were in your position. If you care a lot about HGH effects, you can try researching each of them individually to see how you can improve on them. Example: improve sleep by going to bed earlier, less electronic use, melatonin, etc...

Good

Thanks for the reply, Ya that makes better sense too. I'll look more into the forum and see what other things can help supplement rather then HGH.

Thanks alot for the response, Rusty. I got my levels checked well a whole panel about a year ago and from what i remember my levels were 241 when it came to IGF1. That makes more sense, your IGF1 was low, so you really felt the good of it. Did you ever experience any of the swelling people fear?

Joe Mariasi's picture

Yup, alot of people swear by the HGH sleep, glad it helped you alot. Yours was 67 oh wow. So if i were to take 1.5-2 iu it would only put me maybe 100+ higher then my already levels. So it wouldn't really be worth it. So you got the swelling and all of that under control after knowing your doses and how your body reacts to it. Do you use Pharma, stuffs expensive lol.
