Humalog Insulin: I have in the event that I needed it during an HGH cycle. My blood sugar never exceeded 90mg on a normal day after my heaviest carb meal when not on HGH. However, when running an HGH cycle, it would spike up over 140mg and once near 200mg. In order to keep myself in a normal range, I would use the Humalog fast acting insulin to keep it in a controlled range during my cycle from time to time, but typically Metformin would do the trick instead of the insulin. This insulin performed well, it was fast and regulated my numbers quickly. (My experience is my own, please do your own due diligence before using these products, as they are very dangerous if misused.)

Glycomet Metformin: Metformin is a diabetes drug that assists with controlling blood sugar for diabetics, I use it as a prophylactic when running an HGH cycle and 250mg when I am not. I only use insulin when My blood sugar exceeded 140mg. Bodyweight dependent and other things, but on HGH, my blood sugar can get rather high, and rather than using insulin everyday, I chose to run 500mg of Metformin which kept my blood sugar in a range between 110-137 during my cycle. I mentioned before, depending on my meals, my blood sugar went almost to 200mg and I definitely ran to the insulin for that. (Always do your due diligence and never take one persons protocol for your own!) This metformin works as well as any other that I have used.

Telmisartan: When running various steroids, your blood pressure, cholesterol, liver and kidney functions, and other things end up in unsafe ranges, it also helps your kidneys get rid of excessive water. Telmisartin is an angiotensin II resceptor blocker (ARB), it works by working against things in your body that restrict blood flow and cause high blood pressure. in addition, it has been known to lower your risk for heart attack, stroke, or death from heart disease. I take it as a prophylactic to reduce my blood pressure reduce my BP and to help with all that other stuff. I love bodybuilding, but I have multiple reasons to live so I use certain things to assist with my longevity while running gear. (Understand that this is hyperbole and my opinion based on some published facts and my own experience, please do your own due diligence)

Xenical Orlistat 120mg; This one here I personally have never needed, but I have researched it extensively and I have given it to my clients for over 4 years who have seen significant results! Each capsule is 120mg (60mg Ally Orlistat can be purchased over the counter) and the instructions call for one capsule with each meal (3 meals) everyday. Its not cheap, so I had my clients do it with two meals, every other day and they have all experienced great results, I have personally experienced their success as their coach. Now there are some side effects, you will experience some oily stools and you will have to run to the toilet on occasion so stay near one. Orlistat works by promotes weight loss by decreasing the amount of dietary fat absorbed in your intestines. Lipase, an enzyme found in the digestive tract, helps break down dietary fat into smaller parts, so it can be used or stored for energy. Orlistat blocks the work of lipase. Now the body needs fat, so you cannot run this forever! While it reduces the absorption of bad fat, it does the same to good fats. It will work in conjunction with other drugs like statins and contribute to the reduction of LDL cholesterol levels as compared to monotherapy. It has been hypothesized that taking fish oil in conjunction with this may reduce the effects, so it is recommended that you take it two hours apart from one another! (Understand that this is hyperbole and my opinion based on some published facts and my own witnessed experience, please do your own due diligence)

Eltroxin T4: used in conjunction with T3, clenbuterol, ephedra, and during the last 8 weeks of my prep cycle was very effective. Based on my labs, Eltroxin T4 was very effective in assisting with controlling my thyroid into a hyperthyroid state. My labs prior to my T4/T3 cycle had me at a TSH value of 1.2 and a FT4 value of 1.1ng. I used 100 mcg of T4 and 25mcg of T3, which elevated my levels to a TSH value of 6.2ml and a FT4 level of 2.2ng. I do not recommend running these elevated levels for an extended period in order to preserve your own T3/T4 production. Eltroxin is very effective for increasing T4 levels. My post prep labs showed my T4 levels to be reduced beyond my previous levels, but still in normal ranges at 0.9ml. (Understand that this is hyperbole and my opinion based on my own experience and lab work, please do your own due diligence, get you labs tested routinely when running various protocols)

Spironolactone aka Aldactone: I have used Spironolactone on various occasions, one is going into peak week of a show it can be taken daily leading up to contest day, because it is super mild compared to Dyazide which is super aggressive. Spironolactone is potassium sparing and I personally have not experienced any cramping on this as compared to hydrochlorothiazide. I have also ran it post prep as your body begins to try to normalize, you will retain water, have edema and find yourself in a near congestive heart failure situation, yes congestive heat failure. Your body in rehydrating and retaining as much water as possible, your weight is shooting through the roof and you are eating everything in sight and you are pushing with your finger or thumb into your shin and ankles and its leaving deep indentations, this is edema, you are in a near congestive heart failure situation and need a diuretic fast, this is the one!!! It will begin to pull water off of you as you run through your PCT and get your body back to normal! This one has been fantastic, I haven't experienced any side effects, easy packaging, these are 100mg tabs and I take half. I would run this on a female competitor long before ever showing them Dyazide! Spironolactone is also good at controlling blood pressure as well.

I have placed three orders from this vendor, price has been competitive and I recommend this source for all things pharma, be patient, they will take a while to get to you, but you will not regret them when they arrive. Its a great source if you have a high co pay and need to augment your prescription medication as some things are dirt cheap!

Been ordering from Naps for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. I over the years I mainly used Geneza AAS but recently started using Dragon and Pharmaqo AAS. I have tried pretty much everything from Geneza and it always legit. Dragon and Pharmqo I have used Supersus400, Bold500, Bold300, NPP, Primo200 and MastE200. All have been 100% legit and just as good as Geneza. I haven't tried all the other brands for AAS but one thing I can say is that if Naps is selling it they are 100% real.

HGH I have done 3 different cycles each with different colored generic HGH. 1st was with the blue caps, 2nd with black and the 3rd with grey tops. All of them were real and were received within 1 week! No joke one week from china. You can do the more expensive within the country you are from but why? If they ship that quick from China for cheaper might as well. You know the HGH is real from when you first start your cycle and mess up from shooting too much. Start off slow with HGH or else you get bloat, wrist pain and nipples sensitive. I learned the hard way but that is also how I knew the stuff was real. My wrists hurt bad and I blew up from bloat as well as nipples hurt. When starting start with .2 IU and go up slow by .1IU every 2 days until you reach your dosage. Just recently I had a package I opened up and received all items I did not order. I took pictures and contacted Napshelp and sent them all the pics. Within one week a new package was sent and I received what I ordered. 2 other times the package was never received and the tracking number just basically stopped updated at the last stop the package was lost at. Once contacting support they verified the shipment was never delivered by the tracking number and then issued a reshipment.
