Pain after Testosterone Enanthate injection on the thigh

ad

Hi fam,

So I've been having an excruciating pain for about 3-4 days after my test injection on the upper thigh. Granted, I did go to the gym the next day, put pressure on my legs, then I also went to a halloween party and stood outside in the cold for about 3 hours. Pretty dumb.

It has swollen a bit/no redness. I don't have fever. The pain is at the injection site and surrounding thigh areas. I noticed warm heat/shower kind of helps + ibuprofen.

Is this normal? What should I do? Thank you!

You gotta be careful with thigh injections. I can only hit certain spots and if I stray it feels like I hit a nerve. I usually do it after a shower to looses up the dense muscle.

Problems like this happen with virgin muscles. It may also occur if the gear is too concentrated. I see this happen often with poorly made gear

I have the same problem in the past and I have a scar in my left quad, know I pin in the gluten or the shoulders.

It has happened to be me before in virgin muscle with a new compound. But, it isnt typical for me.

Get lower dosed test and pin glutes instead. May have to switch brands. It will be like that after each shot for at least the next month or probably two so I would try different brand and pin somewhere else unless you want to walk like a pirate for the next couple of months.

Every first injection into the quads during a first cycle especially, is probably going to result in some degree of pain the next day or several days - whether it being not able to squat down or even bend the leg or just general soreness when walking. I still get the occasional PIP in my quads and this is after pinning them for 7 years!! There are many things you can hit in quads also - Veins, nerves, and other strange areas that carry some degree of pain. Nothing to worry about, main rule of thumb is to use good quality trusted labs that have been around for at least 2 years and carry good reviews. Only ever time I have run into trouble is when ordering from new labs or previously unknown labs because the gear is 'cheaper than the competition'. It truly is worth that extra $15 per vial to make sure you do not become ill and can still train consistently Good Yes 3

Thank you. Looked fine to me. No crystals or bubbles… First time using this brand. I shot 0.5ml of 300mg Test E. I think I stood in the cold way too long + the concentration as you mentioned.

I Should prob point out this was my first ever test shot. I’m on orals mostly.

Removed the brand name, thanks.
“Orals r for women and fools.”
Or people who have low tolerance for blood, needless, or need to go to work and can’t lay in bed for a week to be able to walk again…

Women give birth. Most women prob have a higher pain tolerance than many of us. That’s some sexist shit right there…

Thanks for the suggestions though. Very helpful.

I like that, I wish people would do that more... explain what's wrong in a calm and polite manner +1 Smile

0.5ml/300mg Test E

Didn’t happen to you but apparently it’s very common.

Yes, it's def normal.. just another case of the infamous "pimp limp"...you'll be better after a week. Keep taking NSAIDs and heat/can add ice to the rotation after a few more days to keep inflammation at bay. Quads are 50/50 chance

Woof, I should have known better. Hurts like a bitch.

Completely normal man, some people just can’t shoot quads. I’m one of them that gets about 7 days of “eff this” afterward. Now granted you might have screwed it up somehow, but you might just be one of us that can’t do it. Find a better rotation, rustyhooker posted one up not too long ago in the newbie corner I believe.

Thanks mate. Yep, I fucked up. What's the least painful spot for you personally? I was fine the first day, it started hurting a day or two later.

Sasquach07's picture

Personally I don’t ever feel glutes or delts. I can do calves before hamstring and that’s rare. I’ve never needed to rotate too much because I don’t slam ml’s like other guys.

Will do
