This product is no joke. It's real and works strongly. I have done two cycles consecutively. 2 week cycle then 3 weeks off and again 2 weeks on. It works very fast with cardio and good diet. My second cycle was more effective in losing fat than first one because I did strict dieting. Cardio becomes easier but you still need to put work.
Normally you will shake for few hours and sweat. You will sweat even doing low energy activities like climbing the stairs, long walks etc. It may increase heart rate too.
