Bigun2If you don’t have a gym in your house GET ONE. I’ve been coming in from work and training in my underwear. All. Week. Long.
Looks nice bro, congrats on LVL1 btw!!
Bigun2Lol thanks bro. I was under the impression the Level 1 tag would make my dick bigger but nope, still the same ol needle dick I been rockin.
Are you aware your votes now count after 50?
Bigun2No shit?! I got some power around this place, FINALLY!!
What else does this Level 1 tag do? I’ve never given much thought to the ranking system. I just try to be a good dude and give back where I have personal experience.
Free Tonsil tickle - Once per month off Layhey ...... Not many go for it though.
You have rights to all basic members wife’s, or husbands you pick!
Molinin302Nice score bro! It's all about the effort, that will definitely get the job done. Enjoy!
Bigun2Thanks bro. I had a 2.5 hour slay session last night. At 1 am I finally cut it off. Gonna be some good workouts had on that equipment!
Nice one bud - Looks great and sturdy with it. Safety catches the lot! You'll get thousands of hours out of that :-)
Bigun2I couldn’t believe I found it local at a sporting goods store for that cheap. Weights and bar were $300 and rack/bench for $250. Id bought the dumbbells a while back for $300 so I’m set for less than $1000. Pretty stoked!!
Lucky, one of those dumbbells is like €750 if I wanted one. All decent suppliers have been sold out for nearly a year and the others have raised prices to take ridiculous advantage of the situation.
Bigun2To add to this comment- Amazon has the exact make/model of weights and bar set they’re selling for $800. I bought mine for $300. Crazy times with these prices!!
Bigun2I know bro they were $300 a couple years ago when I bought them. No one has them now. I could sell the set I bought last night for a 300% profit on Craigslist today. It’s crazy out there. Just no supply of workout equipment.
AnonI like the way the 45 plates look. Looks like the gaps around them you could grab and curl like you would kettlebells or do dumbbell rows with them. Might be some creative stuff you can do. Looks really clean bro
Bigun2Thanks bro. Yea, I did some kickbacks for tris with them tonight just while I was changing out weights bc it occurred to me it would work. Lots of potential. I’m planning to pull the carpet up and put 3/4” rubber mat throughout the room. Aside from that not a lot more I think I’ll need. Probably an ez curl bar. Some more 45’s. But no real rush on those.
Another good thing is it’s also tall enough to serve as a squat rack. The bench will be below the squat, but I played with it tonight and the bench can be lowered enough where I can get parallel or maybe a bit lower even. Suffice it to say I’m pretty fired up about having this in the house!
AnonThe rubber mats that some livestock and feed stores sell for barns and horse stalls might be cheaper than the ones sold for weights.
Bigun2That’s a great idea. We have several feed stores locally so I’ll definitely check them out first. Appreciate the suggestion.
