-2Well I must say.. I over reacted.. My shipment was sent in four separate packages and one of my tracking numbers was combined to another so it look as if it were one package. I received everything in full and was actually given extra supplements.. I was warned early about postal issues, In the past it has only taken about 20 days to receive, this time was in 14 days total, my domestic came in just two days.. If you ever run into a problem with this company just be patient, this is now my 5th order and in the end I always get what I order if not more. Very pleased right now.

Hub always responds to communication in a timely manner. I never had to wait even 24 hours for a response, usually less than 12. When you do speak with him he is respectful and professional.
4 days ta once it shipped. That’s international during the middle of a global pandemic that has shipping avenues log-jammed around the globe! Very impressive!! It took a little time to actually ship but that is my fault as I chose a payment method that is slower than others.
Packaging was very secure with no chance of anything being disturbed or discovered.
Quality products received quickly from a professional source which deliver exceptional results. This is my definition of a good source and was my experience with Hub!! Have already ordered again!!

Communication is on point I send a pm and with in either a CPL hours or the next day I got an honest answer with no bullshit or excuses if something is going on. U get a nice straight forward answer....
Honestly its I usually don't even bother checking my tracker till it starts to go past 20 days... And usually they don't come close to that ever usually it's about 10-14 days max usually... Lately things have been alil slower cause of the covid shit and on top of that the usps is all screwed up right now so I take that in to consideration... But I think maybe one order I had to wait 18 days but iv always got my orders always packed well never had any issues at all with ta or packaging
There's really not much I can say, hub is a stand up guy, has always been good and helpful to me , anytime I had an question I always got an answer quick, he carries great products and great prices including pharma grade good... Expecially gh products . Another great thing is the packing job and it's nice cause hub ships them all in closed not opened fresh still in the boxes which I love.... I would and will contuine shopping here and I'd recommend you to as well but don't just take my word for it look around and I think I'll whind up back here.... This review shoulda been done sometime ago but sometimes I am using stuff and forget to write a review, expecially when a CPL other products are pieces together in ur cycle.... Also after seeing the new hplc testing reports on beligas pro 50 anavar I decided to grab a CPL vials of the beligas primo 100mg they also all checked out and verfied on the beligas website... Also the beligas var pro 50mg.came back dosed at 47mg pretty good in my book....

Have had a few mishaps of not receiving an item, but each time they have corrected the issue and sent me the correct thing within a day or two of letting them know.
I will continue to shop with them because of this.

So there have been a couple hiccups in my ordering process. I paid on Jan 5th. I also ordered enough stuff for the year (for modest blasts and cruises). I was not expecting it to be broken up in 6-7 different shipments. After asking about it, Hub explained to me why it is done that way. It was a satisfying answer. I received the first 4-5 packages within the given time frame. The last 2 have taken some time and still not here, and I'm not 100% sure what is in them.
After reviewing, Hub said I could either get a refund for those items or he could express ship them. Because I've never used Pharma Primo, I took him up on the reship.
I'm not sure if the outstanding two packages will land on a later date, but if they do, I'm obviously thrilled with how he handled this situation. So I do recommend this source if this is how he handles these types of situations.
I will update review when I know more.

Updated review: I was informed the reason it's taking so long is because international shipping which is acceptable I thought it would be quicker I got my domestic and it's good so far.

+ 1Haven’t received my order for the international warehouse in over 35 days I was told multiple times I will be receiving the package soon and still haven’t.
Only a label has been created and still hasn’t been picked up I believe this site is now scamming people.

Communication was just as bad as the service all together replied to me only once a week and kept on saying my package had been sent and that’s all.
I do not recommend them at all!
They seem to just be taking peoples money as of lately.

After placing another order regarding my compensation of the initial order I placed this new order and it was sent from California to Australia when I should of been shipped to Texas via domestic line I have no idea as to why it would even be sent out of the country but seems to me this supplier is sending it to someone else or another warehouse so he didn’t have to owe me the compensation he had promised because I know in regards to the postal service international and domestic shipping are two different departments...
I was sent a tracking number then after my 3rd email going back and forth with the customer service rep jr junior he gives me the excuse I don’t know what’s going on? Then the shipping number he provides originally is changed 10 days later to avoid and hide another mess up rather it be intentional or by mistake.
This is the second chance I have given this supplier within 30 days to get this right and they just keep failing to do so..
Compensation credit was received the 19th of February the parcel was shipped the 20th and has been in transit for 10 days now and this is in regards to once again the domestic line and shipping policy....
My order was shipped to Australia to avoid compensation the customer service rep lied to me and keeps giving me the run around I’m tired of going back and forth with the same rep in regards to two different orders now the service they provide has taken a drastic decline for the worse now and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER.
I declined his bogus offer to ship another parcel because at this point it’s just beating a dead horse in regards to customer service and an empty promise once again from this supplier.
I would avoid this supplier all together as of the beginning of February and the following months to come.
This is in regards to two orders that they have failed drastically on.
Don’t let this supplier let you be the customer to as said by them to be the one who slips through the cracks sometimes this happens or just a simple excuse I don’t know what’s going on bro? because they are all out of excuses.

Communication and support was essentially trash to be honest I kept getting the run around on my parcel.
As to why it was taking so long to receive I was give excuse after excuse just so the supplier can just keep buying days and time so they wouldn’t have to compensate me.
Finally after 23 days after ordering my products I received them and that’s in regards to the domestic warehouse and the shipping policy is 3-7 days that’s 18 days to long...
I was actually given the excuse some times things like this happen I don’t know about you but in 9 years of using REPUTABLE SOURCES this has been the only timed this has happened to me.
I was compensated for the 3 weeks extra I had to wait for my parcel on the 24th day just so I would edit my review not to right the wrong of the supplier..
I don’t know about the viewer reading this but I DO NOT want to be that 1 out of 3 people who use this source as a supplier to be that 1 who slips through the cracks because of lately that’s the trend if you go through these reviews as of recently..

They said it was shipped and gave me a tracking # tht show's a label "only" was created just to shut me up ..Tht was on on the 8th ...postal service still hasn't received.. They rely to emails every three days or so I have had to send constant emails for them to even process my payment and after they finally received it way to late I have to send them 2 reminder emails to even ship my parcel and it still awaiting shipment then customer service blames it on the late payment when the payment was received and processed 5 days prior.
The supplier told me twice my parcel was gonna be shipped with 24 hours after my initial complaint then after my second one customer service said it would finally be shipped and they just created up label to shut me up and make it seem as if it was shipped.
I ordered domestic to avoid such a long wait for my supply

It was a paid Promo for Geno"s 36ius pens. The price was the lowest I have ever seen. With a lot of hesitation I went ahead and ordered. I asked for the fast track delivery. Within maybe 7 work days my order had arrived safely. All Geno boxes came with QR CODES. I was able to use my IT's mobil app to read that they were legit.
