+ 1 First cycle done. My experience and a thank you.

Well.. it’s been 12 weeks since my first cycle ended and I thought I’d share my experience.

I would also like to thank all of you guys that gave me advise along the way to make sure I did everything as safe as possible. Would not have thought about how important blood work etc was until joining and speaking with you all.

So here’s a little run through of what I went through for the people thinking about, or about to start your first cycle.

My first cycle was 300mg of test-e per week.
150mg on Monday and 150mg on Thursday.

Week 1 and 2 seemed quite normal to me, at first nothing changed other than my muscles feeling a bit harder, not sure if that was mainly due to the gear or the intensity of my workouts going up a bit since I knew my body could handle a bit more.

Week 2 I started to experience Itchy hard nipples that felt very sensitive to the touch. I countered this by taking 0.5mg arimidex every other day which seemed to fix this.

From week 3 I really started to experience the sweats. Doing the simplest of things I was dripping with sweat. This didn’t help as I was fitting a new bathroom in my house at the time so I was dripping everywhere... this carried on for around 3 weeks and was something I wasn’t expecting (didn’t really read much about sweats and hot flushes but I found out it’s somewhat of a male version of menopause due to everything shutting down)

Week 5 hit and I carried out my mid cycle blood test to check everything was in the right levels. Luckily the .5mg of arimidex helped bring my oestrogen down and was into the green which you can see in my uploaded bloods.

The sweats carried on until around week 8..

From week 8 I could definitely start to feel everything being different. My attitude was happier, I felt more energy and felt really good about myself. Felt on top of the world haha.

By this time the gains really were prominent and I could massively see a different. I was also trying not to bulk too much as I was getting close to going on holiday and you know how it is wanting a bit of a “beach bod”... I was starting to get a bit leaner as well as packing on a good amount of muscle. My delts really started to bulge out more too which is what I was hoping.

12 weeks later I was at the end of my cycle... as I took my last shot I honestly felt a bit depressed that I would no longer feel this good (I can see why people stay on). But I knew it was time to end my cycle and go from there.

Week 14 I started my PCT...

This consisted of 100mg of chlomid and 40mg of Nolva. I took everyone’s advise and didn’t bother with the HCG since it was a small first cycle. I was a little cautious at the start as I was warned that the high amount of Chlomid may make me feel off and the “Chlomid crazies” were mentioned a few times.. luckily and to my surprise I didn’t feel any different.

A couple of weeks later I dropped my PCT in half to 50mg of Chlomid and 20mg of Nolva. At this point I definitely started to feel a bit “itchy” and things niggled me more than they should have. I told my self it was because of what my body was going through, took a few breaths and moved on.

Finally, my PCT had ended. I was on my own and I was definitely worried whether my body was going to go back to normal or not and whether I would lose everything like you read.

My strength went down a bit, but not as much as I thought it would. I can definitely see my muscles weren’t quite as hard and felt a little bit softer.

Around 4 weeks after completely ending my PCT my balls started to grow back to a bigger size (not back to full size yet), and I started to feel more myself again.

4 weeks after this I got my bloods done again and my levels have already pretty much returned to what they were at the start. Although I don’t feel as solid as I was on cycle, or feel as good as I did. It definitely added to my size and I am glad I did a smaller cycle for my first time and listened to you all.

To end this, thank you all for all your help, and this post is just what I went through and not a guide or a how to. This is just me sharing my experience and for your enjoyment of reading if you got this far.

We dont call that sweat. It was a wet dream that made him wet just alittle bit tho
