First ever "cycle or blast"
Hey guys, I'm Jon..
I'm 159cm and weigh about 78-80kg. I'd say im close to 25-30% BF with all this mixed info online sometimes It gets confusing.. I know I need to cut but It's better if I can get a little guidance.
I've been lifting for 2-3 days for the past couple of years, keeping my elbow pain non existent and slowly but surely stronger. My genetics are most likely not the best for chasing a physique.. I wasn't as lucky as my bros born with visible 6 pack and so forth.
I've been running a trt protocol, or some may say its more than therapeutic, cool. I've been injecting IM 0.5 ML Sustanon 250 (every 5 days) for an odd 4-6 months playing with an AI and now at the stage I don't use one.
I'm looking for a first "cycle or blast" I've been thinking to up the dose of my test (sus 250) to 1ml ( 250 mg) and adding in Anadrol at 25-30mg per day ( I've heard its better than dbol if I don't want to be a mess)
originally I had thought 30mg of anavar per day however after some podcasts, according to the dudes it wouldn't really help me until I get a bit leaner anyway e.g it'd help with 20-15% over 12 weeks kinda thing ( shed some light)
I'm open to any ideas, and I want to keep this as healthy as possible whilst doing so however I understand this is unhealthy in the first place according to some. I've tried to be as descriptive as possible so any assistance is appreciated. Any questions that'll do me good, please ask away. Much appreciated.
Also: I have a home gym, I eat relatively healthy ( whole foods ) and my job is not sedentary (On my feet all day due to cleaning etc etc )
EDIT: I read on the forums whilst browsing that a goal is needed.
Goal: To reach 10-15%BF and to have it maintainable, I will be proceeding with TRT after the "cycle or blast" I'm also aware that I won't just BECOME 10% BF and have to work fucking hard for it.

Edit: I've tried to be as descriptive as possible without writing a bibliography. I've organised my bloods, I'm asking for advice wether I do a blast or mini cycle is not decided. Stop freaking out you monkey's

No I don't think that.. hence my self administered TRT I even said I'm not looking for a quick fix..
Then stop taking the self administered trt, You ARE trying to quick fix otherwise you would be doing shit the normal way.

Looks like everyone has you sorted out below... Diet and Bloodwork before anything...
Get your food sorted if your on 30% body fat. Sounds like you need sort things before your 'first blast'
Get your diet on plan a proper routine in place.
80kg and 30% not trying to be horrible here, but do you even lift? Sorry but what... Just read over that part. Get compound lifting, eat cleaner. Can't see anadrol doing any good for your health at all.
I've been eating approx 150-170g of protein for the last year, approx 100g of fat and less than 150g carbs per day and been changing it up and down depending on training. I made myself look like I don't know at all what I'm doing, I have a bit of an idea.. that's why I came here for advice
On your 2 training days yeah? You said it yourself, hopefully your not just making crap up now to try and come of better. Why on earth tho at 30% ask about anadrol, clearly you have less then a 'bit of an idea'
anadrol on that fat % weight and height would easily add 20 points to his bp ontop of what it probably already is
bloodwork, drop fat to 14-16% for less aromatization and better lipids, steroids will not make you lose fat, burning more calories than you consume will put you in a calorie DEFECIT which will make you lose fat, if your goal is just to lose fat then don't touch steroids period. youre 5'2 at 170ish pounds you don't need steroids you need a proper diet with a DEFECIT or a treadmill
Thanks yo, I'm only guessing aswell most days I can see an outline of my top 2 and. I used to be obese (102kg) and I had some extra skin so I couldn't recognise my actual BF. Thanks for the reply
Molinin302Bloodwork, what does your Bloodwork look like. You're 26, if you plan, or don't plan on getting old, chances are you will get old. You want to inject testosterone for the next 50 years? Don't get me wrong, some of us are there, but not at 26
I'm in the process of having this done. For the next 50 years, sure. I'm prepared to be unnatural. Smashing blasts all year, maybe not but to be above average or even we'll above average yeh.
Is your trt doctor prescribed? Personally if i was in your situation i would just continue the trt and start adjusting my diet and doing more cardio. You really don't need steroids to cut down at this point.
Read the full post, he is doing sust 125mg every 5 days at 26 years old with 30%bf and lifting two times a week.
Perhaps I'm wrong about the 30% BF... When I train I can see an outline of abs, my forearm veins are always visible although I can only start to visibly see a little little bit of my bicep vein when training? Not sure if that helps.. I have veins in my front delts when I do a double bicep pose.. that's as about as descriptive as I can be, I have an excess amount or what I thibk to be excess amount of lower bsck, side waist and stomach pooch (Perhaps from when I went from 102kg- 65kg in 3 months.. incorrect guidance of HIIT 5 times per week, working out 6 times per week, and major calorie deficit. Turned me from fat to skinny fat?
Not prescribed. In Aus our levels need to be tanked to get prescribed and the doseage I'm on has assisted a whole heap. I wake up wanting life more than ever
