Bloodwork results on 75mg Test, Billirubin is even higher WTF

ad

So my billirubin shot up from a 1.5 to a 2.0. Not taking any otc meds, no nothing, not even preworkout. Just drank a glass of water then went to get bloodwork. Im on 75mg of test a week. 37.5mg e3.5d and used to be at 150mg a week, 75mg e3.5d. Am I allergic to carrier oil??? Am I not eating enough vegtables?? what the fuck is going on man my billirubin is worse, my Alt is elevated and my Albumin is elevated. I never used an oral steroid in my life either. never use any harsh steroid and havent blasted for 8 fucking months. should I switch brands or what??

This could be from different things.

I actually have elevated Billirubin, but it is because I have a genetic condition called Gilbert Syndrome.

Has your Bilirubin always been very low? If not, this could be it. Also, Gilbert Syndrome actually has health benefits something to do with the conjugated Bilirubin acting as a antioxidant lowering your risk of heart disease and certain cancers. The trade off is people with Gilbert get much tired faster.

If this is not it, deff switch to a pharma brand using Organic carrier oils and retest again in a couple weeks.

i have not gotten bloods before until my last test and this current one. ima get bloods again soon and how does high billirubin protect against heart disease and i do feel fatigued sometimes

One thing I can tell you. Make damn sure your fasted and hydrated.
I’d also recommend not lifting for 72 hours before you have bloods drawn.
Those things I know first hand can contribute to bad kidney readings. I’ve also been told they can affect liver enzyme readings.
Standard blood work doesn’t really take bodybuilding into account.

You should get your liver checked out, maybe its unable to process or remove the bilirubin. Any diarrhea or anything like that?

no no diareah at all.what tests should I get, I read that gall bladder tumors can cause high billirubin

I just wqnted to edit that a friend of mine had high bilirubin when he had gallbladder issues, you caught up to me, i think he bad some sort of stones I dont know the english term

DbolAndAll's picture

how would I go about getting my gall bladder checked out man? And what causes the stones?

mate he was in pain, If you dont feel anything over there I wouldnt worry, for sure visit your doctor and dont stress yourself. He found out by being in lots of pain not by blood test, just pointing out that bilirubin was on high end. Visit your doctor

like constant pain or random pulses?? I plan on visiting my doc tomorrow Im planning on running a cycle and I cant have this shit go wrong bro

Gall bladder pain is caused by fatty foods.
The gallbladder is a small sac that shoots bile into your stomach to help break down fats.
When gallstones block the duct it squeezes harder and harder until it breaks through.
The pain is usually very intense and disappears as quick as it comes.
My pain was up my back and usually about an hour after I ate something high in fat, which wasn’t often.
They took mine out on a Fruday and I was back at work on a Saturday.
My bilirubin was never elevated.
Could be different for other men.
If you have an attack you’ll probably end up in the er. It’s extremely painful.

It’s also from high calcium if I remember correctly. My uncle had it and the stones need a solid to deposit on

Mate relax yourself, it was random pulses he had and trust me you wouldnt worry about bilirubin if you had his pain. Are you on any type of meds lately? My amoxilicin for instance at 2g ED fucked my liver and I was stupid enough to get a blood test while on it.

DbolAndAll's picture

no, Im on mydayis 12.5mg a day but those results were before I started any meds. I only take multi vitamin

Dont worry to much about it, your doc will point you to the right direction and you will sort it out.We cant even say how high the number 2.0 is. My liver values were 80, I was afraid, my doctor laughed, hope your catching the meaning of this

doc said its nothing to worry about, he pulled bloods from me 5 days after that blood draw and my billirubin came back at 1.2, he said to get more sleep and try drinking fruit juice and add more vegtables to my diet and he will pull bloods on me in another month
