+ 3 Powerlifting weight cuts. Re-post. Accidentally deleted first one.

I competed twice this year. Had to drop body weight down to 198 for weigh ins.

Gear for comp was weekly
500mg test e
200mg tren e
400mg mast e
Then last two weeks added Tren a and halo

I was stronger on Tren/mast/halo then Sarms.

Sarms I took Daily
40mg rad140,
8mg yk11,
25mg ostarine,
20mg Cardarine
Just like the directions on the bottle said lol
200mg test a week

How long did you take to cut from 230 to 198?

At 5.5 and 230 you must have a monster. I would thing that big of a cut you would lose a decent bit of strength in you 3 lifts. Either way bud that goods shit you did. Keep at it!

And what is the next weight division after 198.., 220 or 225??

I’ll just tell you how I did it.

Two months out I was 230 about a month out I was down to 225. That’s when I cut carbs and cleaned up my diet. At a week out I was 212. I lost a couple more pounds and at 4 days out I started drinking more water to get super hydrated before my water cut. 2 days out I cut sodium and only drank 16oz of water. I didn’t drink any water on the last day before weigh ins. I also spent some time in a sauna to sweat off a few pounds. Weigh ins were Friday morning and the meet was Saturday. I woke up Friday morning at 197.8 I didn’t eat any carbs the last two days before weigh ins. I did notice A little strength loss but not much because of the gear I was on without it I would have lost so much and their is no way I could’ve done a cut like that. By Saturday morning I was 215 after spending all day Friday re-hydrating, carbing up just eating and relaxing.

The next weight class is 220. I did my first meet at that weight.

I heard of boxers doing cuts similar to that. But the few PL's that I know who competed that cut was never that much weight.

I forgot to mention Cardarine it just helps you get shit done. It’s not a Sarm it’s a PPAR agonist. It has no anabolic activity. It helps metabolize glucose and fatty acids for energy.

Seriously mate how on earth are people like him doing it? Surely there is an anabolic ceiling on what can be achieved. There has to be something that they are all doing nowadays to be continually getting stronger and stronger every 6 months - Is it continually increasing gear doses, adding Big HGH, some underground new training protocol?!?

Thanks a lot for the insight bud. When you don't drink fluid all day and cut carbs out I'm assuming you must feel absolutely AWFUL do you?

Yes definitely it sucked so thirsty. Taking a drink of water to get your mouth wet but you can’t swallow it lol

Its basically like losing 2 stone isn't it!!

I know when I wake up during the summer even just losing 7lb's of water in my sleep I then feel like death until I'm rehydrated again. I don't know how you are able to lift feeling like that.

I didn’t lift at all the entire week before my meet and spent all Friday eating, drinking and relaxing to get my weight back before I had to lift.

I was taking 20mg of Cardarine a day to it really helps with energy and endurance to lift. I took it the entire last two months of prep. It really helped a lot on top of everything else.

Aah yes sorry pal - because I've never competed I keep forgetting after you weigh in you carb up and rehydrate rapidly again don't you before lifting.

I've heard people say this before about Cardarine - Does it help with the breathlessness when using high tren in training on things like deads? I think people use the GW one too don't they for that.

Absolutely it counteracts the effects of Tren tremendously. It’s perfect.
Taking tren with no carbs was the worst

Do you retain your appetite on it well? Unlike say something like caffeine which blunts it?

Trenbolone with NO carbs or sugar I do not even want to start thinking about - I can imagine its a mixed feeling of heavy depression, anger and emptiness Lol

Yeah I had an appetite it increases your metabolism so it can make you hungrier

At the first meet I got the big 4x bodyweight squat I wanted but fell short on 3rd attempt bench and deadlift. It was a good meet. For me it was all about that squat.
The second meet was just shit I was strong as fuck but the day didn’t go the way I wanted it to.

Cutting is definitely a bitch
