If you had to choose three exercises to do day in day out what three would you choose?
It does not matter how you spread them out i.e. all three everyday or one a day on a three day spread. Like lets say you choose pull ups as one of them, you could do wide arm , close grip or reverse grip weighted or non-weighted just as long as its pull ups the variation you choose to do does not matter.
For example my three would be .

Dumb bell press flat bench

Dips

I can imagine if your lower back is knackered its just a no go - first time I ever pulled 500 I actually knackered my cocksits so I couldn't sit down properly anywhere for 3 days it was so painful!! Lol Don't know how I did it but I was just determined not to let it go back down. I had to slide onto seats and almost ease into the upright position I was pretty much in tears Lmao
Yeh Barbell rows just because I have never found another exercise that literally transforms the entire back overnight including adding in thickness to the rear delts and traps. I can put a jacket on the day after and it becomes so much tighter from just a few heavy sets. Great for giving that bodybuilder look - more than deads do even.
Push ups, pull ups and running. Variation on grips. All you really need to stay in great shape and be healthy.
Weighted pull ups wide grip no kips
Barbell bench long slow reps with minimal rest between sets
Squats (I miss doing them heavy due to knee injury)
Fucking loved squats...
But man this is hard because the pumps in each group Are different. some days I like seated rows some days I like bent over rows, ya know? I also like push ups too have my kid lay on my back and do jail push ups..... lol cool post...
