Just some self shots after finishing up my chest/calves, and abs. Still a work in progress. I'm about 3 weeks into mister raises cut mix (1ml eod)and I'm seeing the vascularity and the pumps are insane.Running lions orange tops @ 2.5 iu ed but plan on upping to 4 eventually. Was already at 4 but had to stop due to severe cts. I increased my dose to fast so this time I will take it much slower. I've neglected legs because of the gym I used to go to wasn't geared towards bodybuilding, but now I found a gym that is so legs will become more of a priority.

Thanks! Work in progress. I decided I would like to compete in a show next June. There are shows in between but I need the year to really tune everything in. Put on a little more size and get rid of more body fat. I figure men's physique and If I do well work towards classic physique. I've always let my tats hold me back but fk that. I'm doing this for me.
Thanks again brother
Outstanding!

Lol, thanks. Been on eroids since '14. Finally decided I was tired of standing on the sidelines. Gained some invaluable insight and knowledge in that time tho, now it's time to give back and get more active.

Grinding brother much respect!!!+
DAAAAAAMMMMNNNNNN!!!
Nice man.
Thanks bro
I do Have a question for anyone. Does anyone have any tips on working the Serratus anterior? Maybe if I knock off some more bf they will be more visible. It is one of those muscles that can top off a physique.
From a push up position. Bring your knee to your wrist opposite side. IE right knee to left wrist. Then pull it up to your elbow. Hold the clench for a few seconds. Alternate side to side.
Also in a dip platform. With arms extended push your butt back and pull the hip up to the opposite side. Hold the clench. If you are doing these correctly you will feel it.
Though you are right with the body fat. Get that off and it will shine. I hate the fact there isn't a site specific fat loss exercise. I almost vomit when I say this word(cardio) . Good luck and good looking swole
Thanks bro, I feel you on the cardio! My excuse is that I get my cardio at work. I am a trailer mechanic so when I'm at work I run an obstacle course for 8 hours lol. Running up ladders, climbing up scaffolding jumping in and out of trailers. Not to mention the heat and humidity down here at the bottom of the map. I know ts not the same but until it cools off in not voluntarily running till I pour sweat.
Right. I work in the gas patch. Full FR clothing , gloves, steel toe boots, hard hat. Sweat out 30 bottles of water and 6 Gatorade in 8 hour. And only pee once all day. I wish fat was water soluble. I'd be shredded
Looking great top!!! Keep up the grind!!! +1 from me brother stay in touch
Thanks bro!
Looking great +2
Thank you.
RustyhookerLarge sized mofo!! Ya the orange tops are strong. I went up slowly too.
Bro! I started going up then thought ah, I can handle it. Shit! That cts kicked my ass! Waking me up 4 to 5 times a night. I was warned about going up to fast, but of course I'm special lol, found out not so much. Lesson learned... again.
RustyhookerSerratus....rope crunches. Using the double ended ropes. On your knees for rope crunches put right knee forward and left knee 90 deg off to side...basically make a V with feet together. Expand ribcage and crunch towards right knee. The crunch should be nothing more than ribcage crunch. Finish position should be upper body bout 45degrees. If you use full range crunch...ribcage and body it ends up hitting obliques harder. It wont take much weight and felt quickly.
This lady added twist style. I prefer the heels together V method. But gives a visual
Thanks bro
Hell yeah top. Great work bro. Big + from me brother.
Thanks brotha
Nice bro, very impressive!!
What's your chest routine like? For instance do you do more flat bench than incline, or vice versa, or equal amount of flat/incline/decline?
Alit to ask but I'd like to see what your typical routine on chest day is. PM me if you'd rather. Thanks bro.
Would like to hear it also
He wrote it all out below, I'm gonna give it a go, something a little new, at least some variation.
I will sit down and put down my routine. There is more to it, lol I hate typing. Love writing tho! I still write things down when everyone else is typing. I actually rotate certain muscles 2 x a week. Depends on where my focus is at the time. Right now I am hitting chest 2x a week. Heavy day and a lighter day with a focus on isolation exercises. Soon I will switch up and focus on back or shoulders, or both.
Thanks bro, I just started switching it up a little to where I want to focus more on incline, where I used to focused more on flat and decline. I always start my chest day with dips total of 6 to 10 sets. The first 3-4 sets are body weight 25 to 30 to warm up. Then I get a belt and do weighted dips 2-3 sets with 45 ,15 reps then 90 2-3 sets 8 to 10 reps. Then I move on to bench where I pyramid up in weight. To be honest I work out alone so when it comes to bench I am not able to really push myself with a higher weight. But I do use hammer strength machines that take free weights so I go heavy when I use them. Sometimes it's hard to have a plan laid out because you never know if the gym is packed or not. Sometimes it works out perfectly others I have to improvise.
I like that, I need to switch things up so I'm gonna try that for a while. I do weighted tricep dips with the belt but I've never really done chest dips and have been meaning to start, so I'm gonna run that for a bit. I do the same with the hammer strength press, I start out really heavy for a couple sets at 5 reps max then drop set for 10 sets until I'm doing 12-15 reps and really focusing hard and squeeze and flex on those last 3 or 4 sets. I'm back to working out alone too so I do the same as you. I've tried several partners but it never works out, either they wanna talk too much or punk out on the intense short break volume workouts.
Thanks for the reply bro, good man you are.
The hammer strength are great for that squeeze. Honestly I feel like I get a better workout when I use them, but I do always work the barbell in for the stabilizer muscles. O yeah I always finish out my routine with flys and tri's. I do my flis on the cable in all 3 positions. Then a few really fast sets of one arm flys where I stand sideways with stating position with my arm @ 90 degree and push and squeeze. Light enough to do 15 but heavy enough that @ 15 is failure. About 4 sets with no rest left right, l r , l r, l r. Great way to finish off
I'll try that as a finisher, sounds like a great burnout and really get that hypertrophy. I recently added in as a superset to dumbell flyes immediately standing up and getting two 10lb plates, smooth sides together, press together with hands center chest and push straight out with them until failure. Supposedly a really good inner chest workout. I've noticed a nice center line since starting. If I have time I do heavy DB flyes first, with the center chest thing I just mentioned, then I hit cable flyes same as you. Then if enough time left get on the flye machine and go light'ish and burn out until my pecs are quivering, lol.
Looking huge bro +
Thanks bro, work in progress
I battle with the leg issue. Gotta have legs man. More important than anything truly. I still neglect. Legs must be done at least once per week even if I have to split them up, quads AM, Hams PM and calves, for example. Damn man. What a reminder. Thanks.
Lol, no problem. I try to hit calves when I do chest. Finally got to a gym with more free weights so I can do squats now. The gym before was very limited on legs, well on everything actually except cardio. Legs can be brutal but I'm done with the excuses. I will be hitting them at least once a week.
I'm here watching Ghostbusters 2 doing calve raises
