Take a look at my cycle before I start please?

ad

Height 5'11"
Weight 170lb (ectomorph)
BF 16%
Age 26

LAB
Testosterone 592
Prolactin 14.5
Free Test 20.1
DHEA 231
Estrone 60
Cortisol 6.8

Any other blood stats y'all need? Cholesterol is good.

Stack:
1. Test E 500mg/wk front loading? Should I? Have enough for a 12-15week cycle
2. Aromasin 12.5 eod from first pin
3. HCG on hand (when should I use this?) some people say week 1-12 some say only if you need it?
4 Nolva 25mg week 14-18 or 17-21
5. Clomid 100/50/50/25 week 14-18 or 17-21 depending on length of cycle.

Everything look good so far?

Questions I have
Should I front load?
Should I do a 12 or 15 week cycle
How do you use hcg
I work in the gym, noticeable side effects my coworkers could tell?
I have a gf, I don't want my balls to shrink although it wouldn't bother me.
Should I get my bf lower first?
Lastly, what is your opinion on adding dbol in this cycle? My source wanted me to take it but I wanted to start slow.

I'll keep you posted, thanks!

Aromasin without any bigger estro issues is not the best option in my opinion. Would use it only if estro is rising again. Actually its a bit high but that doesn't mean it goes up again during the cycle.

I'm definitely ectomorph bf is higher because I'm trying to eat more. I could go down to 10-12% but I'd lose strength too. I'm tall and thin though lol definitely not a mesomorph or endo.

Lift heavy and with trainers at my gym. Generally workout for an hour, 3-4 sets per exercise 8-12 reps generally.

At 5'11 170 a cycle is completely unnecessary. Diet is the issue here. And dont say i eat alot because people can always eat more. I would wait until you build a good frame to cycle. Any 5'11 frame can hold more than 170. I know that because i was 5'11 153 a few years ago. Dont cycle yet. Eat and train your ass off.

Can't agree more, l to am 5'11" and 230lbs
I remember when I graduated I was 160lbs,
With just food alone I can get to 240lbs but some is fat but you really have to try to stuff your self all the time.
I would suggest to hold off on the aas, just eat everything in sight and lift hard bro!

When I graduated I was 117lb, I ran marathons. My fitness took a turn and I wanted to start lifting instead.

From 117-170 is a great amount of weight and I know I can keep gaining from food. I would definitely consider myself an ectomorph, I've always been thin and gaining weight is painfully slow even when I stuff my face. Not saying I can't do it because I definitely have over time.

I just wanted to do one cycle of test to beef my weight up to the 180+ range without taking on a high bf. I dropped from 22% to 17% and was going to start this cycle at 15% so I could be leaner.

Assuming you graduated around 21 years old, you've put on 10.6 lbs each year for the past five. That is a huge amount of growth. I would advise to just keep doing what you're doing naturally, it's obviously working.

I graduated at 19, no doubt I've come a long way, and I don't want to depend on cycles to break plateaus. its just really frustrating putting in 5-6 years of work and still looking this skinny despite gaining 53lbs.

Look at where you started though. You must've looked sickly. Baby steps bro, if this was quick there would be no satisfaction when you succeed.

Thanks man, I'll keep researching but stick to eating like I have been. Slowly and surely I'll get there, I think some stuff has been reminiscing in my head wanting a jumpstart on an extra 15 lbs.

We all wanna look like gods and we all want it yesterday. Rome wasn't built in a day, neither are these physiques we crave. Check out the forums under nutrition and training advice. Makwa has killer write ups on cyclical bulking and cutting. Gymjunkie01 knows how to pack on serious size, his strongman diets will put some meat on those bones. And all the regs and brothers on here will look out for you and help you succeed.

Haha when I graduated middle school I was around 160. Eat and grow! My bulker for my first ten years of natty training was always 5000 whole food cals, at least 400 grams protein. Never failed.

10-4 on that brother!
Damn you was a husky little guy!

I always knew my way around a plate. Went to cooking school after high school as well. That's where I blew up cuz I was around food 24/7. I put on about 30 pounds in two years and finally started pulling some serious weight, 600 dl, 350 bench, 500 squat

That's some decent weight bro!
My lifts always suffer when in calorie deficit, I hate that feeling
