+ 1I was able to use their products for about 3 weeks before being incarcerated. But was happy with the products from my short experience.
The customer service and T/A was good as well.

Communication and support was great. Email response was always within a day.
T/A was about 2 weeks. Packaging was secure and discreet.
Overall I had a great experience with UG! I look forward to using again.

wasn't really needed but whenever i did have a question they replied in a timely manner.
nice discreet shipping. came in the states around 10 days after being sent out. nice sealed vials nothing broken.
This was my first order with UGF, from start to finish it was smooth and hastle free.

2nd to none. I have gotten used to having to wait what seems like forever to get a simple question answered answers by a source so it's genuinely a breath of fresh air when UGF answers questions almost immediately.
First package took 3 weeks the second took a week and a bit. All parcels looked like a standard parcel and there wasn't much risk of the vials breaking as it was very well packed.

Reviewing Para pharma sust 350
This oil was great, strong stuff at 200 mg a week put my blood levels over 1500. More than I wanted on a cruise but happy to say they are not underdosing it in the slightest.

I recommend messaging them through eroids. They respond very quickly and clearly. It is a great pleasure to have correspondence with a native English speaker or at least a very well educated ESL student.
Tight and secure. Very discreet. Under a week door to door.
These guys are top notch, excellent service and this is the fourth product I've tried from them. Very happy overall.
I place an order on July 26 and have not heard anything back so far.
Originally they gave me a verification code for my order and now there is nothing on the site.
When I log in they show I have no orders.
I have emailed three times and the third time I gave another email address in case my email were not coming through and still have not heard back.
I hope this is just a misunderstanding and that my order is shipped.

Very good. Fast, no smart ass comments.
I hate to say the 1st time was great. The last 2 especially this one was not done well. I even did the old-time return tosender written on box and let it sit for a couple days. Box was falling apart.
UGfreak just has to package better, I know it was promo and busy, but... I actually gave one to a friend, who is androgen naive, to use alone for 8 weeks and no miracles but he had some gains. I upped mine to what should of been 1750 a week for 3 weeks and felt kinda " flu like" my body was working hard. Just a dumbass, bored. So, para pharm is gtg I'm from using now 4 different ijects and 2 orals. UGfreak is awesome on every level for a international. Always less than 2 weeks to my desert door.

Communication was fine. I had questions and UGF responded in a timely manner.
Everything came perfectly wrapped, nothing damaged, and nothing missing. T/A was a bit slower then I expected, Took about 4.5 weeks to receive package.
Have injected sust 350 twice now and the PIP is unreal. First was to the deli and it blew up to the size of a cantaloupe. Second was to the quad and It looked like there was a watermelon stuffed in my leg.
I don't know if its the oil used or the additives but I am totally unhappy with the products.
I feel that either all these people that say NO PIP are liars or are reps for UGF. Because the PIP is crazy. Be warned use at your own risk. I will be finding another lab. I would rather pay more and get quality gear than endure this PIP nonsense.

Communication as expected. I've been dealing with this source since he rose through the Eroids ranks. I had a question regarding the product, and received an answer. I even asked a question not related to this order, actually was from different supplier. He answered, then offered a discount if I wanted to try PP.
T/A is 12 days max. This was a promo order so takes longer. I've placed cash orders and received in 8 calendar days. Packaging was tight. I've even adopted his packaging method for my glassware collection.
Another successful order. One of those suppliers that you don't have to worry if the order will be late or no show. The only bad thing. The gains I'm getting invite people to ask me questions on what they can do different to get the same physique. Going forward instead of giving them the spiel on diet, train in first then juice. I just say all you have to do is get freaky with the Freak.

Definitely wanted to make sure I wrote a review about my experience with UGF. Placed a pretty large order of mostly para pharma oils because their pricing is so reasonable.
6 x PP Cut stack 150
6 x PP Test Cyp 250 (ended up getting 5 test cyp and 1 susta 350, no complaints though)

On point! Realized I needed some adex after my order was placed and paid for, wrote a ticket to see if i could add. Response was prompt, I added the additional funds and everything from my original order was included as well as the additional adex. Communication was top notch.
Packaging was perfect, all vials were in bubble wrap, orals were tucked in, nothing broken upon arrival. Transit time to SW USA was about 10 days. Most sources for whatever reason require a signature which is kind of a bummer because I'm never home when the mail gets delivered so then I have to go to the post office the next day. UGF doesn't do this and your gear is dropped on your doorstep.
Probably my favorite source out there. Whole experience was was awesome.
