Communication was good, you have to hit up the support ticket for a bitcoin payment. this is a "on site" chat based thing so you dont need to go through a million emails if you have a chain going with them for some reason but they always get back to me quickly.
delivery is fast, fast as it can be for anything going ems/registered, what really matters is they always get my packs out within 2 days or so.
theyre always running some sort of 50% sale but lets be honest, if you ramp up the prices and then do 50% off all the time (blueskypeptide, ANY furniture store) then the prices are immediately more attractive. all we REALLY care about, whether we like it or not, is our percentage discount. but this isnt to take away from them since they do provide a great service with great prices anyway

Communication between me and them was excellent. Every time I had a question regarding some products or one of my orders they always replied quickly within 24 hours, sometimes 12 hours. When they send you information back to you about your order it's always correct and always in a timely fashion.
I order there products and in about 12 days it was sitting on my door step. Just 12 days! These guys are awesome, the packaging was very discreet and he used some special techniques for clearance purposes.

What a disaster. Made my second order with OS a month ago and have only received half of it. The half I did receive was sent to the wrong address. Not the address that was listed as the shipment address.Plus, the tracking number was deemed "Not Trackable" and I had to work like a private eye to obtain it. I have reached out to the OS staff but they haven't really offered much help. They actually had the nerve to tell me to track my package......Are you freakin kidding me!!!!! Its Not Trackable and the half that's not here is over 30 days past order date!

Communications are fast. They went out of their way to check on me and see how my order was doing when I had not yet reviewed. They were willing to take care of any hurdles that came about, and even when I added on items at the last minute, they were happy to make my order work the way I wanted it to.
Packs were sufficiently packaged. Nothing was damaged. One pack arrived very quickly - within a couple weeks. The other one took just over 30 days, but it was no fault of the seller. It was shipped shortly after payment.

Handled it through PM and they sorted it out quickly, there was a mistake on their end on shipping and they actually sent me the free pack (deca) three times! I got in touch to let them know and they just left it at that so thank you OS for your very generous offer. Also they didn't have an item I ordered in stock (AP nolva) so replaced with another pharma nolva and sent me 10% more product for free.
All came in small discreet boxes with bubble wrap inside, well packed and very discreet. Arrived in separate packages over the following two weeks.

I had to inquire a few times on the order as there was a mix up and put in a ticket that was answered within hours. The ticket system is model for all others. Plus it's one of the rare times a young strapping lad can be called sir.
T/A was 30 days during a promo, which as said and not point was I worried. The delay wasn't on OS as the tracker showed it hung up in customs for a majority of the time. You can tell they scoped it and still didn't seize. Probably cause it was all orals, but who knows. Packing was right enough to get through.

I got better results than I expected, no water retention, I don't use much AI or blockers unless competing maybe. Seemed very clean, no pip. Oh and I usually site administer when I can.
I have ordered from original several times but have yet to review. They are quick to answer emails and your gear arrives promptly. I have stuck mostly with dragon pharma and love all their products.
