Proper PCT after long and heavy AAS use

ad

Hey guys I'd like to get advice on a proper pct. I've been on a very long cycle about 5 month. I'm off now but still be doing a tren test cycle starting in July for about 3 month. After that I want to come off for at least 6 month maybe more. So Before I've been on for about a year with just short breaks for about 2 month. I searched a lot and decided to include aromasin in my pct for the first time. I'll prepare for pct by using HcG 500 iu e3d for a month while on cycle. I thought about the following, I'd appreciate the help especially from you vets.
Clomid 50/50/50/50/25 (dint wan to get higher than 50mg bc of sides
Tamox 40/20/20/20/20/10/10
Aromasin 12.5/6.25/6.25 e2d

And I wanted to add clen for anti catabolic reasons but don't know how really ...

Thanks for your help. In the future I want to do cycles from 8 to 14 weeks max and always give my body enough time to recover. I still never had sides like a limp dick or drastic mass loss after stopping aas use.

The aro will probably crash your estro
unless its just a first week only????

Looks as good of a pct plan as any.

You may find the aro dose to high, it's not like you will have much test to aromatase.

Yeah probably 12.5mg e2d would the maximum, I just wanted to take it bc of the effect on the test production.

Nah aromasin requires every day dosing preferably. For less sides 2x a day would work best but 1 a day at least. I'd recommending halving your dose and taking daily as opposed to 1 every other day.

They say that estro is 100x as suppressive in the HPTA axis but I bet that only applies when it is average or above.

if you feel like the e2 is low id drop the aro

Are you getting back on so fast because you'll be competing ? Especially since you're running tren. Don't see why you just don't start taking care of your body now and do your proper pct. Side effects of abusing gear will catch up bro.

Yeah I wanted to do a local show beginning of October. It's not that this is really important but I already planned everything. It'll be 3 month without gear when I start again, thought that might be a acceptable compromise

Honestly your body probably needs more time for the receptors to clear, especially since you've hardly taken breaks recently. Even though you haven't had many negative effects yet that doesn't mean you aren't setting yourself up for complications later. If I were you I would consider taking a good amount of time off. It will be a good break for your body and allow it to recover and be in prime shape for your next cycle. I would stick with a traditional PCT and extend it maybe 2 weeks then get bloods after a couple months to see where your at. Don't add clen because you don't know and just feel like it, you want to reduce caloric expenditure and decrease stress on your body as you go through recovery. Not sure you need aro more than the first week, would be worried about crashes estro and possibly slowing recovery.

X2. And all health benefits aside from taking time off, which should be priority number one. The results when you go back on after taking proper time off vs just taking a few weeks off won't even be comparable. You'll spark crazy new growth. And that's what we're all after. Endless cycles and short time off results in shit gains, after a while even with a ton of gear your results will be like if you we're natural at best. Cycle and take time off and you'll keep blowing up cycle after cycle. Trust me I've done it both ways, long cycles short time off, mediocre results at best. Normal cycles with as much time off as possible and the results are unreal. People thinking going to blast and cruise equals more gains on and less gains lost, it doesn't. If you do it wrong which many people do, I did it wrong myself for a while and it just results in less gains on. One would make far better gains running two 10-12 week cycles a year of every 16 month or whatever it comes out to with proper time off vs on 20-24 week cycle a year. Gains really do stop for a lot of people after about 8 weeks. Best to just come off take enough time off then go back on, one 24 week cycle would probably result in say 12lbs of muscle over the whole year. 2 12 week cycles would result in possibly 20lbs if not more if you do it right. Cause on the 24 weeker and the 12 weeker you'll gain most of your size the first 8-10 weeks, then you spend another 14 weeks on Adding very little more muscle. Our bodies are smart an will get used to the amount of drugs after a few months. And upping the doses doesn't reLly do much either. better to just go for 8-12 weeks come off then go back on anc do it again. The guys in the 70s,80s and 90s had the right idea blasting for 8 weeks then coming off for 6-8 weeks ( best to stay off longer then that though) then back on. They knew the bulk of the size gains came in those first 8 weeks or so, and the only way to start gaining like that again was to come off let the receptors clear and body normalize then go back on.
