All Natural Supplements (Herbs & Spices lol)

Now im sure we all can come to an agreement that Tribulus as a testosterone booster is bunk. But what about the estrogen blockers and anti aromatase herb products out there? Any one have experience? I know nothing beats the lab real stuff like aromasin and the serms but if say there was no way to buy those products from the sources, would the herb versions still serve its purpose? Testing and trials with herb products just seem so inconsistent and the reviews arent given by real experts like you guys. So from "Basic to Guru" please weigh in. Please? Thank you.

So I have concluded. Tribulis does not increase testosterone. All those fake legal steroids don't work for their money. Stay with AAS and get the job done for real!!!

I have had good luck with Zinc used as an AI. It all started when I was researching online for the "best" supplements/vitamins/stuff to take that's sold in stores. I'm not one to buy all those name brand preworkout and post workouts. I only spend my money on real food, steroids and then I'll buy protien powder to take in right after a workout. Then after researching online for benefits of certain things and see how cheap they are I take creatine, Zinc, magnesium, and a multivitamin daily. The Zinc 100mg has honestly worked as an AI for me on light steriod cycles and is found in test boosters, for heavy cycles I'll have Letrozole on hand and take as needed. The magnesium I take 500mgs right before bed and sleep like a baby, but found its in test boosters.

Just today I received a box of free supplements from muscle tech from a survey I filled out last month. There's a bottle of a test booster in it. One of the ingredients is Boron, and after looking it up online it appears Boron is supposed to raise free test levels.

So yea, I'd look up Zinc, Magnesium, and Boron.

For testosterone., not really. Herbs are slower to work and one must be very consistent. I do use them. Dim is a natural anti estro but not when your taking AAS it could be implemented with an AI but I believe it will not substituted it. Is more of a holistic approach to wellness

BUT THERES REALLY NO ONE OUT THERE THAT HAS HAD ANY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS?

Makwa's picture

Cinnamon for insulin management
Green tea for weight loss and antioxidants
Vit C and dandelion root for natural diuretic.
Fish oil for cholesterol management

Lots of good experiences but nothing earth shattering

Agreed! I remember when I first started on AAS I let someone talk me into using tribilus for PCT but now I know a nice clomid and nolva cocktail is a lot better

Keep the herbs and spices for your food and not for your ai or test boosters.
