Communication very good. Always answered my questions within hours, a day at most.
I ordered from 4 different labs so it was sent from 3 different countries which tbh had worried me as felt paranoid customs would get one of them and they didn't. That said, I won't order from so many different labs in future and try to stick to 1 or 2. Donation collected following day and all 3 packs sent within the week. All 3 packets arrived at different times taking 2 weeks in all to the UK and this was standard shipping so quite impressed. All items packed securely and discreetly in boxes well wrapped.

Suprisingly quick, never more than a few hrs. for me. Polite, and patient. Not a whole lot of need for chat with this easy order process.
T/A was within 7 days.....and that was during promo rush. Faster than lots of domestics I have dealt with. Padded envelope was partially opened because shipping tape gave out. Boxes of Altomofen were actually visible and if you turn the envelope upside down they would have fallen out....but they did not. 10ml bottles were wrapped in rows.....once bottles were separated I noticed that each individual bottle was wrapped as well....I like that because bottle stays completely air tight until the day you use....no poorly crimped tops ....aside from the envelope being roughed up this was 100% safe secure professional packaging.
