Let me first start off by saying that Darius and his team at pharmacomstore are awesome! I was a little worried when I clicked send payment because it was my first time ordering overseas, but let me tell you their service is top notch. Immediately after sending payment I received an email stating what comes next. Two days later my shipment was out the door. There was a little mixup but that wasn't on their end at all it was my local post office that dropped the ball, I got in contact with Darius to let him know that my product hasn't arrived and took a little bit longer than what was expected, he was in contact with me immediately and let me know what I can do, and to keep him in the loop as to what was going on. Oil was very smooth and completly pip free. The presentation of the vial and box was the most professional i have come across.i stacked this product with deca from another source at roughly 600mgs weekly and by the 5th week i was up about 7 lbs and definatly had noticeable improvements. -1I've had a really bad experience so far.
1. I reviewed the website after doing some research and decided to place an order based on the positive reviews on multiple boards and the quick 5-6 ETA
2. I immediately received an email confirmation and a friendly message- once again stating I would receive the order 5-6 business days after transfer is received
3. They were unable to receive transfer the next day due to WU error, and the kindly let me know how to fix it and said AGAIN that as soon as they were able to receive transfer it would be 5-6 days to me.
4. WU made correction and they received transfer- as soon as transfer was received Vladimir told me there was a delay and that it would be close to a month.
5. I asked him why he didn't tell me before or mention that on the site and he said it depends on the product ordered and current supply. So I explained my situation and my need to receive order before the holidays ( I ordered ahead of time and left a 1 week buffer in addition to the advertised 5-6 day shipping) and he offered a discount on my next order.
So I asked if I could change the order to products that were in stock that could ship quicker and he said it was too late?
How can it be too late if it won't even ship and arrive for 1 month and I just placed the order?
And if he knew the products I was ordering the entire time, why didn't he tell me they were on back order instead of repeatedly telling me it would be 5-6 days?
They are intentionally misleading people with the 5-6 day ETA advertised. He will try and say they have no way of knowing- which is either a lie, or really scary that they have no idea what they do or do not have in inventory,
I don't mind the shipping delay because I understand it happens. What bothers me is being mislead and the fact they didn't give me alternative options AND the fact that they waiting until right after the transfer was received to tell me about the delay.
Not a good way to earn trust, repeat business or referrals. Had I know it was going to be a month I would have ordered from another source.

He informed me there would be a delay since they would have to order it from the main warehouse and told me I would be receiving extra for the inconvenience which turned out to be 3 more vials and 2 sterile water vials. From time of order to receiving it took a little under a month but like I said I got 3 extra vials!

Communication & Support is honestly the best! Vlad, Dema, Darius run an awesome operation in handling all aspects of the company. I get responses within 10-12 hours regardless of the question being important or not.
Turn around is just as stated. I am currently battling with the local office due to their negligence and not properly relaying package to appropriate destination. All which is being ironed out and taken care of. As of now 5 orders placed. 3 where shipped 2 delivered and one in limbo only again due to postal error. My other two have the expected of shipping shortly which again is an awesome TA for such a large company.
My only suggestion, make your orders ahead of time, dont wait till you need ur gear within a week regardless of their "5-6 business days" the postal service doesnt always deliver so plan ahead and buy before you need. Because Pharmacom will always deliver!!!!
