First Cycle - Pre Cycle Blood Work - What Do You Think?

I'm 25 - 26 in 4 months. 5'7" cut down from 170 to 153 recently. Been training for a while now. Looking to put on some solid muscle and convert to the dark side. Got my Test E 300mg/ml. I've been doing tons of research for the past few years and even more within the last few months and I think i'll be ready in a month or two max, just waiting to get pct on hand (pharma grade - waiting for nolva and clomid now it's in the mail. Then ordering hcg and aromasin)

Just got my blood work done, uploaded a picture of the results. What do you guys think?

After a ton of research I wanted to run my first cycle like this..

Weeks 1-12 : Test Enanthate @ 300mg/ml on Sunday morning + Wednesday nights.
Weeks 1-14 : Aromasin 12.5mg ED (half tab)
Weeks 1-12 : HCG 250iu 2x a week
Weeks 1-14 : HCG 250iu 2x/week stop 3 days before PCT
Week 15 : Clomid 100 / Nolva 40
Week 16 : Clomid 100 / Nolva 40
Week 17 : Clomid 50 / Nolva 20
Week 18 : Clomid 50 / Nolva 20
Last HCG pin 3-4 days before starting PCT
Aromasin on cycle. Start beginning cycle come off 24hrs before PCT.

Diet will be on point, I am going to write it out this weekend. I will be eating around 600-700 calories above maitenence and adjusting macros as I gain weight. Currently I'm still on my cutting diet. Wanted to drop BF% as much as possible before cycle.

If all is good to go, once I get my HCG and Aromasin I am going to start and I will post a log in the appropriate sub forum on here.

Also got my pins. 3cc syringes, 20g x 1 1/2" for drawing, 25g x 5/8th, 25g x 1", bacteriostatic water for hcg, slin pins for HCG 1/2cc 30g x 1/2", gloves and alcohol swabs also.

Open to any feedback and suggestions. Read all stickies across several boards and hope I covered all topics for my first post. Again pre cycle blood work results attached. Will get blood work 4 weeks in and post cycle as suggested.

Thank you for all this great info D, as soon as I get home from the gym I am going to open and read the links you sent me. Once I have read them I will report back here and ask you any questions I have. I'm definitely putting the gear on the shelf and waiting.

Post BF%. Remove the source name from your post, please, fix your PCT plan.

Your FSH is low for someone of your age, as well as your LH, and your BUN is trending up. The BUN/Cr ratio has already been flagged on your BW. IMHO, postponing this cycle for a year would be a better option. Bigmurph is right we need to see a diet plan...the stuff that ACTUALLY makes you bigger, stronger, better....

What other meds/drugs do you take? What are your allergies to foods and meds? And, what type of foods are you eating? If I asked you if you drank 2 gallons of water per day, what would you tell me?

Thanks for the reply, I just removed source name from thread I apologize. I don't take any meds currently, I have zero allergies to foods/meds. I'm on a vegan diet currently. I'm drinking 2 protein shakes a day, morning with my breakfast and post workout. Tofu, tempeh, farro, buckwheat, edamame, almonds, banana, some fruit. In my shake I throw in pepitas, hulled hemp seeds and peanut butter in the morning. I can copy and paste my exact diet when I get home from work.

If you asked if I drank 2 gallons of water per day I would tell you the honest truth, I drink about 1 gallon of water per day. Give or take maybe a glass. I carry a gallon jug around the job site with me everyday.

I read that extra protein could cause my Creatinine levels to be higher or possible a calorie deficit because it surpassed the HPTA and Thyroid. But I did notice my FSH was low but not exactly sure why. I feel like everything is working great down there, never had any problems ever with anything.

Will have to calc BF% and post it all I could do is take a picture or give a rough estimate

Also if you don't mind please elaborate on fix my PCT, suggestions?

You may have to run a 6 week PCT for your HPTA to make a full recovery. The hCG will help with that too.

You will need to increase your water....

How many calories above maintenence do you recommend? I thought 600-700 cals above maintence would be a good starting point, should I eat 1K+ calories over maintenance?

You are at a good starting point. Start out with your 600-700 then increase from there to 1000. You may find that eating more than 1000 cal over you adjusted macros, including activity, is not hard to accomplish.

Can you post an unidentifiable pic and show us your daily caloric/macros intake? I know you said you were going to do this later this evening. Keep us updated, please.

Do you think I should start off eating 5K? Or should I do the progression Makwa talked about?

Lol so should I eat 5K cals or should I do the progression Makwa talked about? I can do the traditional bulk/cut if you think that's best. I would probably start with 4K cals if that's alright.

Week 1 TDEE (3270 cal)
Week 2 3270 + 250 = 3520 cal/day
Week 3 3270 + 500 = 3770 cal/day
Week 4 3270 + 750 = 4020 cal/day
Week 5 recalculate TDEE
week 6 New TDEE + 250 cal/day
Week 7 New TDEE + 500/day
etc....

That's with me going off what Dacky calculated as my TDEE.. I should do it myself also though

I lost some muscle cutting down as well as fat but I wanted to lose my love handles. My main goal is to eventually be around 185-195 with about a 8% bf. I wasn't obese and i've never been severely overweight or anything, I just haven't had a 6 pack in years and thought it would be nice lol. First cycle goals would be to keep a solid 12lbs of muscle realistically.

** Also been lifting on and off since 16 but steady and hard the last 2 years **

Hey man I really appreciate your reply. If that's what others suggest also and seems best then that's what I will do. No bullshit, I will listen to everyone here. Will still post diet and bf% or pics for replies to people's posts. But if holding off and getting to 180lbs is best then I will do that no doubt. I will definitely continue to build a solid foundation, I haven't looked yet but if there is a sub forum for logs for members who are NOT on cycle then I will start one when I start my bulk. It will be my Pre Cycle Journey. This is an awesome forum and I just want to really thank everybody for all the help they've already given me.

I agree. OP seems receptive and willing to learn, which is an added bonus making it a win-win for everybody. OP is following advice and working at the same time! OP isn't complaining, or being rude in any way. Very nice to see good etiquette on here....

I haven't found his BF anywhere, he said he will post after work, which is fine. His body type will play a role in lifting regimens and daily food intake, as well, over the course of at least the next 8-12 months. I know I have the carbs at 300g/d and the protein 250g/d, and depending on how he does he can titrate those 2 important things over that same length of time and see some MAJOR morphological changes in strength and physique.

At the gym today I will have my BF taken. I think when I moved last I lost my calipers, I did have a pair from Vitamin Shoppe but I cannot find them. At my gym they have a machine, I can also take a picture and blur out my face so you guys can see where I am at. Currently i'm doing my own "broscience" routine. It works really well for me. I haven't found my 1RM in a while but I'm getting stronger. Some numbers 205x5x5 bench, 225x5x5 squat, 375x3x1 deadlift. Every week I alternate my main lifts like 5x5 for squat, deads, bench and push press then the next week i'll do 8-10 reps for 3 sets. I've done a 5x5 routine before, Westside for Skinny Bastards, some 8x3 bodybuilding routines. I'm not necessarily a hard gainer, I just now have a goal that I want to achieve. One day I would love to do a show. I don't just want to lift for looks though, I enjoy getting stronger especially at 5'7" haha Smile little man syndrome, jk.

I have a couple different routines I alternate and change. I will mix in light weight days and heavy weight days, along with pyramid and reverse pyramid. Our bodies are interesting, especially when the nutrients are there for maximum energy.

For example, I used a compound lifting regimen from May-August and I'm alternating back to a pyramid isolation/compound mix. Hitting legs 2x/week, chest/biceps, back, and delts/tris one time per week.

Right now, my food is higher in carbs and protein, too. I work on my macros/calorie intake on a daily basis. I will have times when I just don't want to eat, then I will have times when I will eat one little snack, like a piece of fruit and a couple triscuits and then all of the sudden my body kicks in and i will eat all the left overs in the fridge, start making a salad, 20-30 oz of chicken will get cooked, rice will be boiling, 2 pounds of hamburger meat will be thawing, and out of nowhere I have this ability to become an energetic chef.....lol
