What is the max time to run anavar

Hi im 31 and have used anava 10 mg for the first time ... ive been on it for 3 month now and only really started noticing results now ... im training to compete im bikini/fitness model in 7 weeks so want to keep going with the dose im at 15% bf and i have always struggle to put muscel on amd dont want to lose what i have gained .. i feel fine no side effects a much but just wanted to know can i stay on anavar for more than 12 weeks?

Coco ,you will need more than 4 wks before restart.var is still quite anabolic and pct is required.male or female? you did not say but I have seen both run var for 8 wks tops.
If your not partial to orals I would say drop the anavar altogether and replace with 50 mg/wk masteron.(at 50 it's not verilizing at all).you are close enough in bf to reap the rewards.masteron will tighten you up better than anavar without the lipids being out to lunch. Females 50mg/wk ,males 200-250 mg/wk to start.
Run last 8 wks of cycle .
She needs to do this with cardio and diet, only. You can tell by reading below OP needs more experience before running anything else...have you read the rest of the thread?
Competing in bikini you really have zero need to be running var in the first place. If you are really concerned about it the only way to tell is to get some bloodwork done and check your lipids. Your diet is going to dictate your end results, not whether or not you are taking var.
150g of carbs is pretty high at this stage of the game. Not sure what type of diet plan you are following but that is where I would be focusing my attention. Drop the var and buckle down your diet and training. If you have been on the var for 3 months already and are just now starting to notice results, your diet and training are off base and staying on var is not going to fix that.
Its fitness model so need a bit of muscel. Can i stop now for 4 weeks then re cycle ?

X2...steroids always get used for the wrong reasons.....because of insecurity and immaturity, imo. Why wouldn't she be eating 3500 calories, while on Anavar is what I caught myself thinking?...then it all came together with the pic you submitted of the woman and what you said about diet and cardio...I see OP was using steroids for the wrong reasons...makes sense to me....
In bikini they don't eat much of anything. It's cardio cardio cardio , glute work, a very very clean small diet and some circut style training.
That woman is my wife in bikini days. No drugs what so ever.

Personally for me cardio does not work i get so lean that i start to lose muscel even eating 2000 cals a day ! Everything on me i long limed lol glutes have always been my biggest feature so not worried about that and ive been told to only do light walk cardio just few weeks out . I took var to help me increase my strength and wanted to put muscel on as i honesty needed it im doing sports fitness so need abd shoulders ect ... im thinking so stopping for 4 weels amd re cycle for 3 weeks leading to comp then stop

Go in there and get the ball rolling and I'll stop in when I can. You need to learn how to carb cycle and when to time certain carbs , and protein. Learn who to time meals. Do hit cardio on a stair master , alot of circut style training also.
I'm not trying to shit on you or hate on you i promise. I want to see you succeed but you putting too much hope in Anavar and not giving enough time off.
If you want post a pic so we can gauge where your at. Your weak points, strong points and what's achievable with diet and training. I'll make sure everyone behaves like gentleman or they will sport a ban tag.
I've helped numerous females compete and rarely do bikini women need gear. My wife went from 105 onstage at 5'3 bikini (I think that's her height) to 165 to women's physique. I've got her to drop more than 15% bf in 8 to 10 weeks with really no gear usage. Pure diet manipulation and cardio and the right training program.
It seems like women take the steroid route just like guys...then end up learning a lot in due time...glad she is here...

To many people, male or female, think that taking AAS will automatically result in an adonis or bikini model physique. As long as people realize this not the case then I am willing to spend some time with them so they do end up with the body they want.

If you're struggling to put on muscle you need to rework your macros. What's your daily macros/caloric intake?
About 8 weeks is the maximum amount of time I've seen mentioned on here for women, with the 9th week being PCT.
Your dose is 10mg, that's not high, but it's still enough for you to get blood work, especially a lipid profile as well as a thyroid panel. Some women have reported using much higher doses. In addition, Var has the ability to really shut an individual down, while messing up your lipid balance. This can happen to males and females, so following up with bloods is key to successful steroid use.
I would plan on stopping the Var as soon as possible. Is this something you can achieve?
Im having around 1500 to 2000 cals a day eating every 3 to 4 hours try to have 200 grams protein with around 150 carbs with my mail meals 3 times a day and 2 snacks inbetween so eating 5 times a day . I did actually do a 10 week cycle before amd didn't really gain much more muscel so stoped then started about 6 weeks later. I have a comp in 7 weeks so dont know what to do i have been advised to just keep going as the dose is so low and im feeling fine no side effects sometime i may feel a little nausa but could be from food . Im in great shape now just need to tighten up a little more before the comp amd i know my body i drop muscel super quick and cant afford to do it at this stage lol

You do not need muscle at all in bikini and will get judged down if your too lean and have muscle. Diet and do your glute work , and cardio and that's it. Many of girls have got pro cards by doing just that.

Stop the Var immediately. Query Harris Benedict Equation and calculate your BMR with and without activity. Makwa gave good advice above regarding carb intake. Decrease your carbs to 100g/day, starting tomorrow. Over the course of the next week and a half, continue to decrease your carbs...your target is 50-75g/d of complex carbs and eating all the carbs before 1400 hrs. Switch your meals to turkey and brown rice, leave out all the starches, no breads , no pastas, etc. Use foods with a low glycemic index like sweet potatoes, pumpkin, oats, etc. Increase your MUFAs and PUFAs to 120g/d. Come back here with the BMR info from the HBE mentioned above and we'll see what we can do with foods. A couple days before your show you will want to increase your carbs some, but not much.
Do u mean 100g carbs for the whole day ?? Im currently having aroumd 125 to 150 grams per meal lol ... carbs work for me though ive cut them out before amd i went skinny amd not as hard ... im thinking of stopping var now for 4 weeks and re start in my last 3 weeks of prep could i do this ?
125-150 per meal and there are six meals a day...That is way messed up! You need some serious help with your diet if that is the case. Now remember, of course you are going to look flat and stringy when you drop carbs, the point during that time of low carbs is to be carving off the fat. Don't expect to be looking your best while prepping. The carbs are only reintroduced back into the diet a few days before the show. That is when you will now fill out the muscles and look your best. Your goal here is to look good for the 10min you will be on stage, not during your whole 20 wk prep.

That is way to many carbs in 1 meal. Your body can only utilize so much at a time and that is way to much. With all those carbs taken in during 1 meal, alot of those are going to be deposited as fat because they just can't all be utilized.
Im sitting a 15 %bf 60 kg 172 cm ... i struggle to hold weight my condition is great eating that amount of carbs everyone thinks im competing even when i dont my concern is if i drop too low which well yes i know i habe to start to cut down amd not habe carbs at night i will lose my shape i have finally built up i could still do with a little more size

Not bad. Shit needs to be clean as fuck in bikini. Small portions, basically 3 normal to large portions split up into 6 meals. Breakfast having the most carbs , most fats and 2nd to most protein. Etc etc. It's really alot to type but that's the jist of it.
