Hi im 31 and currently running anavar for the last 3 months. I have a comp coming up in 7 weeks amd want to continue to use it all they way up to comp so around 5 to 6 months total. Im only taking 10mg a da and have just only now started to see results . Im 60 kg 171 cm and 15 %bf currently. I struggled to put muscel on so i dont really want to stop taking the var 7 qeeks out of comp . Im eating 6 meals a day between 1500 amd 2000 cals a day . I have had no side effects amd feel fine amd been told to stay on it up till comp . Is it bad to stay on var or any suggestions in what i can do would be appreciated.! Thanks
