Proper Muscle Group resting period while on gear?

ad

Alright, before I get the runaround for being on gear at age 23, I get it. I'm currently in my 5th week of Test-e at 500mg per week for 12 weeks. I'm keeping it very simple and clean, and do not have a long-term attitude toward using gear.

My goal for this is 10-20 lbs of lean gains in 12 weeks. I'm currently up 10 lbs since I started. I'm not trying to throw on huge bulky gains, I'm trying to keep lean. My diet is pretty solid, all macros are maxed out.

Alright, now that that's out of the way, this is my real question.

How often should i be resting my muscle groups between hitting them again? The reason I put my cycle info is to give the vets a little background on what's going into my body and make a good recommendation.

I currently give it about 4-5 days until I hit a group again. I usually take one day off per week from lifting altogether. The reason i ask this is due to the fact that my Test levels are so high, am i able to hit a muscle group on Monday, and then turn around and hit it on Wednesday?

All i'm looking to learn is whether or not I'm causing too much muscle stress in a short period for the given muscle group, and if my Test-e effects the duration in which i should be resting said group.

I really appreciate any suggestions sent my way. Thank you.

For sure....others hit it right on the mark.....gonna come down to Rest and Nutrition. If you are on your time off working a labor type job...activly using your body.... No way can you do 3 days. But best case scenario
- When not lifting can truly rest
- Consuming at least 150 oz water daily
- Sleep no less than 9 hours/night
- Plenty of good heathy food
......should have no prob with intense training for a body party in 3 days

Depends on goals and nutritional intake. I'll go in depth in awhile.

You won't get gear advice here due to age rules. But if you want help with anything else be a sponge and absorb the info. Because believe it or not gear is an extremely small fraction.
