Communication time has been a little sloppy lately, but I am still getting a response in 48 - 72 hours. I deal with only the rep on eRoids, regarding any issue or problem I have. He is very professional.
The turnaround time he been great. The last two packages have come in less than fourteen calendar days. Packages are always secure and tightly packed.

+ 1Napsgear is nothing short of amazing. Reliable and great customer service and all gear is top notch. I've been ordering from these guys for years and have only had one or two issues that were out of their hands (post office). When i notified them, they were professional and quickly resolved the problem. Shipping is generally around 10 - 14 days to me in the USA. My latest cycle I'm currently running involves my all time favorite, Geneza Andromix 150. Its a blend of test prop, masteron, and then ace. I absolutely love this stuff. It kicks in very fast. I'm using 2 cc EOD and by the second week have already noticed hardness, size, and nice definition.. All my weights have increased in the gym and my body fat is burning off. I feel like I have unlimited energy and the pumps are very nice. With the great prices and fantastic results, I won't ever trust any other supplier. Naps has my business for life. Definitely have recommended to friends and associates and will continue to do so.

Placed this order while I was living in Germany last year. Naps has certain labs which ship from within the EU, and so if you live in the EU, you don't have to worry about customs. I ordered Hardcore Labs's Supertest, TEST500, and Deca to hold me over until I got back to the US. I have to say, this lab's gear is some of the best I've ever used. Crystal clear and smooth pins every time. I received the package about a week after ordering, no problems whatsoever. Their Supertest was absolutely phenomenal I have to say. Pinned that only once per week and felt great from the beginning. I kept it all at 150mg test/300mg deca, as I was just worried about maintaining while over there. Overall, great experience.

Placed this order about a year ago. The product of the week was Dragon Pharma's oral Winstrol. For those who don't know, every week, Naps has a "product of the week" where they discount a certain product 50% for that week. I decided to take advantage of this, and ordered 3 100ct 50mg tabs. I received the order within just 3 weeks. I started using it a couple months later, and all I can say is wow! This stuff was potent. I was on a cut of Test/Tren/EQ, then threw this in for the last month. Within just 3 days at 50mg/day, my muscles were noticeably fuller and harder. I know for a fact this wasn't a placebo. I hung out with the day before starting the winny, then again three days after starting it. She spent a good couple minutes poking my chest talking about how much harder it felt that day. After a few weeks, I bumped it to 100mg/day, and got the same reaction from her and another girl. Vascularity, strength, density, and just the overall physique of my physique were greatly improved. 10/10 would recommend

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!

-2This post is a redo because my last review got taken down for talking about payment info.
Midway through last year I ordered a high- priced beginner cycle from Naps. This was a bad experience as I did not receive any product and got the runaround from their help department until they, basically, didn't want to talk to me anymore. I don't know if I'm not supposed to mention money like, at all? But in the end this set me back close to 1,000$, and I think (not sure) that they just took my money because I ordered a ton of Anavar... that seems to be the drill from a lot of places.
I'm sure from reading the reviews that a lot of people get their product a LOT of the time from Naps... just not always. Maybe this isn't true, but i felt like another reason they ripped me off is that you could tell from the order that I 'didn't know what I was doing'- I basically ordered an Anavar and Proviron cycle, which may have been expensive but it's not likely to be the kind of cycle a seasoned professional with any kind of pull on these kinds of boards would run. So why not just run off with the money? Maybe others could weigh in/ correct me on this. to see what I'm talking about, here's the order:

So I'm not running test, i'm not using HCG on the PCT, I may seem to be deliberately avoiding pinning, I'm ordering an Anavar heavy cycle... all of these things flag 'beginner' to a lot of people, that I'm aware of. (whether or not they're right, shit, whatever.) Maybe not so much the absence of HCG on a PCT, could be a 'school of thought' issue.
So to the people evaluating the order, it seemed to me, I'm VERY PROBABLY just some novitiate a-hole ordering a stupid cycle that runs like a grand. If these guys are selective scammers to any degree (and it's possible to run these tactics at a low rate like, say 1% of orders and still make the f-ery profitable) then this is like, the perfect one. I notice their approval rating lacks by considerably more than one percent anyhow. conspiracy theory, you are saying? Is not naps the golden one? Well let me tell you man, these kinds of things happen all the time, Naps is highly represented out there and even on this board, and they could EASILY be pulling this tactic on a case by case basis in a more restrained fashion than their competitors without lighting up significant red flags in the community. So just something to think about. If I ever hear any good explanations from Naps about this, I'll let people know, But I believe I got scammed.

I have used Naps a couple times with success. Received Geneza Deca which I felt was the real deal.
Tracking Numbers were provided which I thought was real cool they worked well tracking your order on its way to your doorstep.
But my last order was not received and the tracking Numbers given to me did not work.

I contacted support 3 times and told them I have not received any product and the tracking numbers they provided are not working.
They told me to give it some time, well I did, they said it shipped Feb 19, now its April 4 and still nothing.
I contacted customer support again and they said tracking numbers dont work for USPS (they have worked in the past) and they want me to go to the post office and talk to a manager and file paperwork with USPS.
They said I would need to use my I.D......yeah I.D. ummm you understand this is illegal right Naps?
I dont know about Naps anymore,I always do small orders but I cant afford to piss away $150.00 taking a chance.
If they come through for me I will come back and acknowledge here.

A nurse that I know referred me to naps. I was skeptical because I had been ripped off in the past when buying gear online. I placed my order with ease and submitted payment. Naps sent me an email when the payment was received and also when it was processed. They sent another email when the products were shipped. The winny was shipped after the clen and tamoxifen, but they all arrived together at about two weeks from order date. Two calendar weeks and not business days.

I was referred to the then 1napsgear a year or so ago and have used them with great results. They have the widest selection of products and manufacturers usually with great promos. Processing and shipment were always easy and quick, in fact my order arrived about 10 days prior to their estimation.
However, my last order was never received. It was cancelled several times, despite the fact that they had already picked up my MoneyGram money. After communicating with napsgear and MG customer service, nothing was ever resolved and I am out about 300$. I just learned of eroids, and I hope my issue will no be resolved smoothly.
