First cycle watson Test Cyp 200 w/ PH Dmz Load 5'5 135lbs

hoping to get advice on a cycle i just started. Im running test cyp 200ml weekly (split into 2 100ml pins tuesday and friday) with a Pro Hormone called Dmz Load with just a generic liver suport. Im wondering if i should even use the dmz load.

You already started the cycle, whatever. Your best friend should be something like myfitnesspal. Start ACCURATELY tracking your macros and maybe you will see what the problem has been.

I have a clue about the pct, I just didnt want to come in trying to act like i know everything and just try and get honest opinions . My apologies, and i have ran at cycle before EQ , test E and Debol when i was 24

What kinda goals are you looking to achieve
Im trying to put on some serious needed strength and weight.. I have always had a decent shape and muscle density but ive never been able to break 140 and i spent 2 years eating state food and commissary off the kiosk, nothing but calories and working out.. Trying to get an extra 25 - 30 in the coming years

I thought I saw all the crazy shit I could possibly see on here but nope its still coming. You could eat 3000 calories a day and gain weight at that size like...Alot of weight fast as fuck!!!

Now that you're out you can eat real food that can put size on you without using gear.
I would drop the gear and learn how to use it properly.
You im sure have a solid base if you were like me all you did was workout and sleep while you were up the road. So now start eating heavy. You will grow just by doing that then once you have learned how to run then start a cycle but after asking questions about it.
I dont think im doing a good job explaining myself... I apologize again.. Ive been out since 2013 and i've stayed in the gym, when i got out i was only 125 and like you said i was working out and sleeping, but when i got out ive ran the mudd rudder, tried crossfit and different lifting regiments, im far from just starting out and have made the gym part of my life not just a hobby, I enjoy staying fit but want to reach my next level. I did my research and asked my questions other places but heard this was one of the batter spots to go to for advice. thats all im looking for cause i am set on doing this cyle but know the more good advice i get the better my gains will be.
bigmurphAlright well what you have planned to do here is way off from what you should be doing we can get you moving towards doing things right but you have to drop what you are doing now. From what im reading I might be wrong but it seems like you don't know much about how to go about using gear this is why I think that you need to learn somethings first.
A beginning cycle is a just test cycle with an ai and pct I want you to use the magnifying glass up top and search beginers cycles and aromatise inhibitors also pct protocols. Once you have done this pm me and we will discuss the questions that you have. Then we will move on to more stuff that you need to know before taking the plunge im willing to help but you have to do your part and I will get you on the right path. I dont gain size, my uncle is 56 and lifted his whole life, started in the army and never peaked 165 amd was 5'7.. great shape to him though and muscle density
