Somebody please tell me "April fools day" has become "January", they're really can't be this many people trolling / lying / just plain stupid that are arriving here at the moment, it's like 80% of the posts. Somebody must be playing a practical joke, surely?
If it isn't kids gobbling off at me, it's 35 year olds that weigh 170lbs telling Vike he doesn't know what he's doing about nutrition, or Makwa taking uninvited advice from a fat porker about conditioning for stage. Then we get "can I inject TNE in my nob" type posts. I've seen plenty of spells where we get an influx of clowns, but this one is in a whole different league.
Anyway, moaning over. What can we do about it? Plans / ideas / suggestions? Is it just retreads? I'm feeling less and less inclined to log on and I'm sure I'm not the only one. What can we do to fix it?

wonder if alot of these goofballs are cast offs from some of those other AAS sites. Ill be the first to say my generation Is a bunch of lazy fucks. imagine what ive seen 160lb high schoolers on my football team 2 years ago popping 60mg of superdrol, or the amount of College kids who are tiny asking what I run.... its sad and we can only pray for the cleaning of this BS on our forum.

I agree........ when Hllywdboy and myself wielded the Hammers the problems ended before they even gained ground.
I think the MODs are too busy with source issues to patrol the front forums like we did back then.
I was curious myself so I went and counted how many we have banned in the last 30 days? The answer is 63, more than two members every day and that isn't counting the deleted spammers, they are 10-30 per day.
The same 30 days in 2012/2013, 37 bans
2013/2014 48 bans
And last year was the highest at 67 bans from Dec22 to Jan22nd.
So that means we are in fact just getting way more traffic from basket cases.
