I ordered 2 3 packs of 30ml bacteriostatic water sodium chloride and only received 2 vials of it instead of 6.

They responded to me one time telling me they would ship me the rest of my order asap. After waiting a month it never showed up and I have written them about 5 more emails over the course of a couple weeks with 0 responses!
They ripped me off and dont care.

+ 1Ordered pins for myself and some sexual in nature items for my wife
The prices are fair
Shipping was supper fast and discreet
When I received my package I was missing the sexual items ordered
The phone number on the website never gets answered
The email turn around for my missing items was slow
And now I am awaiting notification for the "out of stock" items will be refunded
I will use them again but only for pins
Pins and needles are good to go

Great website where I buy all my insulin pinz and BA water. They seem to have the best prices for these products, sometimes they have sales and offer coupon codes.
They have online chat if needed. Ordering and payment process is extremely easy and fast. After the order is placed they send email updates showing the delivery progress.
Items usually delivered in 3-4 days with standard shipping. Packaged so the contents aren't known from the outside.
Great prices, I'll always keep checking to see if they have sales which lowers the price even more. Fast shipping in only a few days.

Excellent. Continual progress emails are sent and there I never had a real need to communicate with them.
Carefully and discreetly packaged.
Highly recommend this source for those accessories that just seem to run low during the course of a year. They have been my go to for water and pins for years and never once was there an error in what was received. 10/10

Horrible, like most scam companies they reply promptly until there is an issue, then no replies
5 days after payment
This is the second time I used this source, The first time I ordered bac water, slin pins, and 100 25ga 1 1/2" needle with syringe; On that order they sent 25ga 5/8" instead of 25ga 1 1/2". When I emailed them about it they said they would make it up on my next order. That was 4 months ago, Last week they sent me an email stating "Save $5.00 off on Every order, repeat customers get free shipping and free gift" ALL LIES
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I received my order a few days ago. Tracking number was good, shipment was good, it was all good.

First review here, found this company from other review so figured I'd give it a shot. Not my first rodeo ordering material online so I know what to expect but with this company the prices and shipping cost was rediculously cheap. I couldn't believe it. Very good. There was a 2 day hold up with my delivery. I asked what's up and they said I must have missed the email that went out saying their needles were on back order and that it would be out in 2 days... Fair enough.
Packaged safe, secure, and discrete. Right after I placed my order it said I'd have it in 5 days, but I got it in 7. Their pins were on back order for 2 days and I evidently missed the email that said that. It wasn't the end of the world. In fact, no cats were harmed in the process
