Passing Blood in Urine after Heavy Workout

ad

Just getting back into the gym after a year out. Got home after heavy workout and my urine was literally full of blood. This happened when I emptyed my bladder a good five times.
Had no pain in body or when passing just sore from workout.
Seems fine today will wait to hit Docs Monday. Anybody experience this after working out?

SFB. That's why. I wouldn't say this if the op had responded to anyone lately including yourself on this. Hopefully he/she has followed the advice given

Rhabdo is typically not profusely bloody urine, usually just really dark and concentrated looking. Regardless. This is something you should not ignore. Best wishes sir.

This could be Rhabdomyolisis.. You need to get your Kindneys checked and a CK level.. Rhabdo can occur after strenuous excercise but usually marathon type stuff.. Regardless Hematuria is abnormal.

30 years worth of workouts with a fair share of them being heavy ones and I have never had this happen. Get it checked out ASAP as others have said.

Go see a nephrologist ASAP (kidney doctor) 1st. Then if it can't be resolved see a urologist. The urologist is generally the surgeon that will deal with kidney stones and the like.

Do not bother to see your regular doctor, you are just wasting time and he is going to refer you out as I have indicated.

ASAP.

STAT, bro. STAT STAT

Figure he would have some very serious pain in his kidney region or somewhere if it was a stone.

I'd get to a doc right away. Screw waiting until the next day. Best thing would be to go right now.

Go see a doctor right away. I don't want to scare you and I am not saying this is what you have but this was the very first symptom of bladder cancer my father showed. They caught it early and he's still alive and well 16 years later so in my mind not something to be ignored. The very best of luck to you fella.

Could be a sign of kidney or bladder stones. Along with other things I highly recommend you go see a Dr. As soon as possible. Good luck.

Could be rhabdomyolysis. Go to doctor. Drink a lot of water.
