Get rid of all that "heavy" training if you are trying to cut. You are not going to build up strength and busting out new personal bests while cutting so don't try to train that way. You need to focus more on higher volume higher intensity training to burn through your glycogen stores. Supersets, drop-sets, giant sets etc need to become staples in your routine. 1 min max rest between sets should be it.

Disagree completely. Training for strength will help preserve it and preserve muscle. Fatloss is determined by the deficit not supersetting, drop sets etc.

Don't run t3. The shit is not worth the risk unless you need it for your job.

You need to totally rethink this plan. You should NEVER lift for 3 reps, even with drugs. Lift what you can for 5 or 6 reps, increase to 8, then add 5 to 10 pounds. In your case, trying to lose weight - hi reps and lower weight with way more cardio is the way to go. Lifting 6 days a week is likely going to result in overtraining. 4 days is plenty.

Run in the morning on an empty stomach. Run every morning, or go on long bike rides - like 40-50 miles on weekends instead of running. Try to get a jump rope, or do boxing or something if you get bored. If you can't do this, drop the eq. Your red blood cell count will get dangerously high for no reason at all. Masteron would have been a better choice.

Skip breakfast. Have a salad for lunch, and a decent meal after lifting in the evening.

Cycle history? I'll tell you right now 100mcg of t3 is gonna eat your muscle at the same rate as fat. You'll end up 170 at 18%bf. cut that dose in half at the very least if not more. Or best option, stay away from it completely!

No I mean if you run 100mcg of t3 you will lose so much muscle in the process your body body composition will be exaclty the same ( bf %) but you'll be 30lbs lighter. Does that make sense? Probably not you need to do a lot more reseach and probably not fuck with thyroid hormones.

Bro , t3 is not selective in what it burns. It doesn't give a shit if it's muscle or fat. So by eatinf 1600 calories a day you should already be losing 2-3 pounds a week which means some of that will already be muscle as the body can only lose so much fat each week. So then you add 100mcg of t3 and you'll be losing 2-3lbs a week on 4000 calories a day. Eat 1600 and god only knows how fast you'll drop weight. Muscle and fat will go at the same rate. So if you lose 15lbs of muscle and 15lbs of fat you're going to look exsclty the same body composition wise at 170 as you were at 200. Still high body fat.

The whole point of t3 is so you don't have to starve on a diet. You eat 3000 cals to maintain and your satisfied, you add a little t3 and all of a sudden your metabolic rate increaaed and your losing 2lbs a week.

Does that make more sense? My suggestion is stay away from thyroid hormones it's literally impossible to not lose muscle even with the most advanced knowledge of diet training and drug regimen.

And forget eq, it's your second cycle, you don't need another injectable yet. Maybe a dry oral toward the end but test will do you just fine.

1600 calories? Are we talking about a woman here? I don't get it.. iron hit the nail on the head if you use t3 and are that low with your calories you might as well kiss all your muscles goodbye bro..

The faster you cut the more muscle mass you will lose, throw T3 into the mix and you will be lucky if you have any muscle left after this cut. Loosing all that muscle is going to slow your metabolism way down and make it much easier to gain fat once you go back to a normal diet. You are taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back in how you are going about losing weight here.
