For me I have to do the one rep maxes. I'll work up to my max then back down. I'll go down slower then going up in weight. If I don't go heavy I don't gain. I can hit 20 at 225 and its in big part from pumping out 340 or 345 or 350 even if it's just on the smith. I've noticed if you don't touch your chest while pressing there are no shoulder issues. Only let your elbows go 90 degrees from your body. No more. When I try to show off for form monkeys is when I get aches and pains

The strongest people I know are smaller in stature. The other day this kid who could not have weighed 160 lbs was pressing 120 lb Dumbbells.

When I was down my celly weighed 172 to be exact and was reppin 315 for 5.......I at the time couldnt rep 315 for even 2.

I got 405 for 4 reps about 3 months ago.....I did it, filmed it, and now I will never throw that kinda weight on there again. Like said its not worth the wear an tear if u ain't a power lifter. Cool thing is I have my lil video saved that i can always look back on.

See there ain't no point in it like u said unless your doing it for trophy's....when I hit that which was my best it was remembered an complimented to me at my gym for like a day or 2....after that nobody gives a fuck how much u bench. Like Gabe Moen says "I'd rather look like I can bench 600 pnds than to actually be able to do it" an that's how I feel now about it lol

I'm driven to find out my potential in certain things. I was hammer curling 80 lbers last winter but i started to get elbow pain. I guess some people just need to feel like they are striving to unlock the potential they possess.

I guess you just have to know when to back off before aches turn to injuries

For me I've found the only way for me to put on mass is to lift heavy. I usually start my workouts heavy and then finish with high rep stuff

Right on brother. Truth is i cant risk any bad juju at all. So i researched them, got samples, had test subjects, got bloods done, all is good. I would never knowingly carry anything that would hurt my peeps.

These have been tested for hormone serum and IGF and all came out smelling like roses. So since these are good kigs wouldest thou like to tryeth them?
