2 cups oatmeal
15 tbsp egg whites (1/2 pound)
4 whole eggs
Blended frozen berries with Greek yogurt and no added sugar juice

It doubles as my preworkout meal. Sometimes I'll drink 50g of maltodextrin before if I wait too long to hit the gym

5iu of the god
2 cups of egg white ( I get for 4 gallons at a time of purified egg W, from international egg whites)
1 hai tuna fillet , seared in canola, no seasoning
1 and half cup of jazmine rice
2 bananas
And for oj always drank grapefruit juice good for when you taking Orals and good old coffe

My diet has not changed still consuming 7,000 calories and 550-600 grams of protein a day .. I've noticed i have started to lean out just a little in my midsection not a bunch just started to notice it a little

all the pack sent on Tuesday night ( chinese time) to east coast,delivered on Thursday morning(usa time), less than 3 days ( around 60 hours), but all the pack sent on monday r still stuck in chinese post, i dont know how they work sometimes.

Mine showed sitting in China since 5/30. Then late last night it updated to on US soil. Amazingly was at my pick up spot today. It will get there. No worries.
