Hi Y'all....new to posting, long time lurker
Hello! Just wanted to post and say Hi and Thanks for providing such a great resource. I have lurked around, primarily reading the women's forums and discussions.
I have always been more active than "most people" between working physically demanding jobs and participating in recreational sports leagues and lifting in the gym.
I changed my fitness focus to lifting more for strength and size gains a little over two years ago once i took a physically sedentary job. I was able to fine tune my diet to where I started logging noticeable clean gains and strength increases consistently, and eventually my internet research led me here about 6mo ago, where i really started looking into anavar.
After reading the amazingly thorough write ups here, i started asking around locally about getting my hands on some, being scared and clueless about finding an online source. I lucked out with a female friend who had completed one 6wk cycle using product from her boyfriend's supplier with what she said were favorable results, so i piggybacked onto their next order. I got my var and tapered up to 10mg/day then back down towards the end of my 6 week supply.
Minimal sides, marked increase in both endurance and strength (max lifts etc) plus a nice hardening and thickening all around. I gained about 10 pounds all said and done, most lean (didn't really keep track of bf%), and the size and has stuck, and I'm about 3 months post right now.
Im wanting back on for another cycle, hopig to hit 8wks this time. I have an order in with a high ranked supplier here, so I'm getting antsy to get my order and start up again and share my experience here!

Welcome! Always great to have more women on here. Know you said you've reading up on the forums; great way to get a well rounded idea on compounds. When I started here I read every single discussion in the Ladies Lounge. Helped me get answers to questions I had, it answered ones I didn't even know I had and gave me a really good idea of big time don'ts.

opticxNo no that's good! I thought a male was at 140 pounds asking about gear and I just didn't know if it was a troll or not. Good job on waiting to get back on till 3 months, your cycle length + 1 month ( thats a good and healthy practice to get into ).
For your avatar or profile picture go to your profile at the top right corner, then click edit account, and you should see where to select a photo. Progress or your gear photos are put up by going to
Submit button at top of page -> Drop down menu and clicking submit photo
When submitting a selfie ( blur out your face, distinguishing things in the background if needed and tattoos
When submitting gear pictures make sure there is no packaging that it came in in the picture. Such as bubble wrap or the envelope it came in.
