+ 1 Protein Muffins

Been messing around trying to find something good to make for an easy breakfast. Here's what I came up with

12 egg whites
6 whole eggs
1/2 cup pecans
8 packets Quaker weight control oatmeal
1 banana
4 scoops chocolate whey
PB

Mix everything but the pb in a blender

Fill muffin cups with batter.

Put a little bit of the Pb in the center of each and cover with more batter

Bake 375 for 15 min

About 10g protein 8g carbs and 5g of fat in each and about 112 calories per

Makes 24 muffins

Finally got the recipe right. Downed 5 right out the oven even tho they're supposed to be snacks and breakfast
