Been training a year and work full 6 days a week as a carpenter.long days and physical work means when I hit the gym I'm usually already tired.ive already made up my mind and
I'm going to start a cycle either way so I'm just looking for some good advice.thanks.

After A lot research I'm thinking this would be be a good start.

1-12 week test e 500mg split into twice a week

Pct
Week 14 & 15 tamoxifen (nolvex) 40mg per day
Week 15 & 16 tamoxifen 20mg per day

What is your diet like? How many KCAL? Have an idea of macros for meeting goals?

Great advice you got there, and please bro if you ever considered going with this cycle consider better pct, Tamoxifen alone is not enough.

Makwa has got you covered bro...... if i can add anything it would be to attack the BF% which will automatically make you look more muscular which in turn will motivate you to hit the iron even harder fo promote fresh cellular growth with the consistent and nutritional diet plan i hope you already have in place........ Good luck Smile

If you have only been training for a year, you can take yourself quite a bit further training naturally before you should consider AAS. At your current stats you have alot of natty growth potential. Maximize that first. The better base you build naturally, the easier it should be to maintain gains.

I agree, he could go alot farther. But one thing i look for in these situations is the following question.

OP how much muscle have you gained in the one year you have been training? you're 85kg now what did you start at a year ago? Im trying to gauge your grasp on diet and training. That way we can see if you have some grasp on the different aspects of this lifestyle and if not we can help you improve.

Also considering the potential that you don't recover I'd like to see you training for years so you know this is the lifestyle you want to live.
It's a marathon, not a sprint. In the mean time you can do some research. You are likely to not recover fully based on the cycle you posted.

Start at the beginner's cycles group
