Anyhow, if you guys remember I came here around 150-155, whining and bitching of how I'm an Ecto. Well still am... LOL 176-182 wet. The only thing that scared me when I started to bulk eat is that my shit turned green, bile! Too much food, and not enough time to properly digest. Started to take AEGIS liver supplements it has TUDCA, haven't shitten green since then. Body fat is now in the 9-13% This is a lot for me, I'm normally around 5-7. Yes normally.
