+ 2 Helios (injectable clen and yohimbi)
So I noticed that there isn't much out there about helios and the effects it produces if any. I have tried both forms of oral clen (from a research company in liquid form and pharma grade tablets). I have definitely felt the effects with both and have seen results with both but I am curious about the claim that helios can be used for spot reduction. So this is going to be my experiment with GP helios. I plan on running it just like oral clen 2 on 2 off. Gonna start slow and work my dose up. Gonna alternate injection sites from right love handle, left love handle, and center abdomen area from day to day. I have 4 bottles of the stuff so we'll see gonna try and keep this as up to date as possible.
Starting points:
- 32 inch waist
- Diet is clean and ~1800 calories
- Trying to get body fat down before my next cycle

Alright guys week 1 was done yesterday. So I started with .5 ml and I am up to 1 ml now gonna start tapering down come Monday. So far so good I think...I've lost a couple of lbs but to me it looks more like body fat. I've been doing my shot every morning when I wake up around 5 and then go do fasted cardio for about 20 minutes. Also been doing abs but very little weight lifting. Something is truly screwed up with my clavicle area around my sternum. But I have done legs twice this week. Kept diet clean and probably dropped to around 1700 calories. No size change in the waist but I think above my waist line looks better. Any who will keep this updated by the week and respond to replies as they come in.
I was interested in this helios stuff. But there are few reviews on it. I read about the spot reduction but i cant believe that it with out some good logs and testimones
