It is with great pleasure that Power-Pharma aka "Powertrip" is announcing our return from the extended hiatus. A "Soft-Open" of March 15th will kick off our return to operations, and just in time for Spring and Summer rush. After 4 YEARS we are ecstatic to be able to once again approach the opportunity to bring closure to new and prior orders from our very understanding and loyal customers. You can expect our best services yet, meaning high quality pharmacy grade product and the consistent human interaction to keep you connected with our progress leading up to the "Grand Re-Opening" on April 20th. To all those who have past due orders, it is imperative to contact us via email immediately. As a small token of reconcilliation, a $100 voucher to those who have long waited our return will be granted. It goes with saying that we are always dissappointed yet optimistic when forced into an extended hiatus, and for this we can only offer our sincerest apologies for the wait, and our word that we will never quit or attempt to escape the unresolved orders despite how difficult it may be for us to remedy the situation. We hope that you all understand it is very costly and time consuming to come back in this manner with intentions of addressing all outstanding matters, and we know that this displays our committment to the integrity of what we do here.
Once again the projected official re-opening will be on 4/20, and the time leading up to this date will be used to sort out all past, present, and future orders. Lastly, with the new products available will be produced with GSO in an effort to distinguish the new and improved product line. All oils in the last year were manufactured with Safflowerseed, so not only will there be a new product appearance, the products of the recent past are being removed from inventory, to further insure product quality and consistency. I sent my final email last night if it ever arrives it does ill post up. People old to this thread kmow ove been around here for a long time. Just something in my gut tells me we arnt talking to the same pt as before. He isn't remembering who is old vips were and personal thing's weve talked about in depth. Whether ifs just a rep for him or he sold the name idk. But something doesn't feel the same at all. Its just strange and the way his replies are now.
I have received 1 out of my 2-3 packs however he wants to ship break pack numbers down. So I'll say for sure order with confidence once I receive my other 1-2
the best carnival cruise i went on was after they had a ship break down and another ship toilets overflowed. They offered awesome service and pricing to offset the bad press. We had a blast. When toyota had a recall years ago many i know bought a toyota right after and got a great price and amazing vehicle quality. My point is usually the best time is when someone is coming off bad press. Power has restored and compensated many people from what i see on here. Of course i have no alliance to him so proceed at your own risk but i do respect a man that admits his error and tries to make it good. Just my .02cents
I agree.I have received everything that was owed and placed an order a week and a half ago and received that also..plus the new order came in tall vials and he told me it was a new batch of eq...so I can only speak for myself I will b ordering again...I do understand everyones frustration tho...and I hope to hear gd news by next week thst all hsve been taken care of...

Staying creative and talking discreetly becomes harder and harder here, I'm probably the only one left doing so. The real topic at hand is whether or not your holding onto what's yours or not. The past couple days have been a setback due to all the "REabductions" being handled. It reached a maximum capacity and it got to a point where to safely handle the volume just wasn't practical. I apologize to those of you who've waited longer than others but I can say that we will be caught up by tomorrow so anyone without can be reassured that this will be one of the few weeks since returning where "ETAliens" are questionable. I hope that our actions so far have proved enough to show we are here and trying to do the right thing, despite the off-weeks we may have. Thanks for those who've remained patient.

Maybe he has someone helping him out while he catches up. That is completely reasonable, if so. BUT, he needs to inform us of that, if it is the case. Because he is appearing a tad sloppy to many users

When he shipped my pack i told him several times it had to go to a diff addy due to me bein outta town, he said ok and comfirmed...then he finally shipped it and emailed sayin it shipped but to the wrong addy.
Naturally i was pissed seein how it would be settin in my box in 100 degree weather for a month...he said it was just him emailing. Idk how that got messed up. But to make matter worse/better....it actually showed up to the addy i gave him!

Power wanted to say in the next batches near future start using gso carrier and cut the eo to 15% instead of 30% I'm telling u gear isn't bad now but with potency and lower eo to no eo% and gso carrier oil no pain and all gains!

I received an email update that my pack eta is "this week". Saturday I was told it would la d Monday. I am thinking it shipped monday or today. As long as I get it this week i am okay. Sitting on $400 of my buddies money.
