Has anyone used the NPP from clear? I'm debating on using another sources because I'm positive it will be top quality but clear seems to have top quality on everything

I haven't used the NPP either but I've ordered multiple times over an 8 month period and everything has been great. Test P, E, and Sust. Deca, Tren A, EQ, Anadrol, D-bol, Winny, Proviron, and Nolva. All good here.

Hey since we're on carbs, lol, if I miss a meal, can I make some of them up in other meals?

As if I miss a meal with 60g of carbs and my next meal calls for 60g of carbs, could I eat 90g and get away with it. Or is it just a lost fucking cause if I miss a meal.

Your caloric maintenance can change from day to day depending on a few things but the main one being your energy expenditure. As long as your below your maintenance calories for the day u will not gain weight. So yea add them to the next one if u would like.

As long as ur @ or below ur maintenance caloric intake I don't see problem, I do it every day. Don't gain any weight unless I'm in a surplus. I got the same problem, I eat most of my food in a 4 hour window after work.

So, do guys eat any carbs before bed? My meal lately before bed has been a 4 egg white 1whole egg omlete with a cut up chicken breast or turkey breast filet covered in salsa.
Last night I got lazy and just made the egg omlete and threw 2tbs of peanut butter on them.

Any how I thought about adding a 1/2 a cup of oatmeal in which is about 25g of carbs. I always heard no carbs before bed, but I almost feel like I don't have that full look as I did when I was eating some carbs before bed, but my waist looks better.lol

I have about 3 hours once I get home from the gym and by the time I get my protein shake and simple carbs down it already pretty late. So I the past two weeks I've just been eating protein prior to bed. Trying to get my late night carb timing down.

I'm always looking to grow, so I guess you could say I'm bulking. Just trying to do it without getting fat.lol Which has happened to me a couple of times on a dirty bulk.

I have been eating my clean calories as I should and can tell a difference. This is the first time ive given a shit about carb timing.

As far as compounds, I'm 3 weeks in on clears cut stack and I'm throwing in an extra 250mg of test e per week.

650mg test e
400mg Tren e
400mg mast e

Really depends on your goals and how your body reacts. My last meal of the day is basically the same whether I'm bulking or cutting. It's always like 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt and a scoop of whey. But if I'm cutting I'll get the plain with only 9c per cup and of I'm bulking I'll get the vanilla which has idk like 30 or something. But I'm gonna do some experimenting next bulk and do both for like 4 weeks and see which way I gain less fat cause logically it doesn't seem like there's any need for it when your going to sleep.

I feel the same way, really no need for carbs while I sleep. I think I may need to up my carbs in the first part of the day since I really can't get to them after the gym and before bed.

However I have some plain Greek yogurt mixed up in the fridge right now with some whey. This is the first time I dumped the whole container in a bowl and mixed up 4 scoops. Put it back in the fridge and it for thick like pudding. So flipping good.

My simple carb lately has been a bowl of gluten free cocoa pebbles with almond milk. I look forward to that shit.lol down my shake on the way to the house and kill my cocoa pebbles. Lol

Does that go towards total carb count too? My other meals I try to keep the carbs around 50g other than breakfast I go for 60-70g. I figure I'm around the 2-220g mark by the end of the day, without my pebbles.lol that's another 55g. At 160lbs should I be around 300g? I'm always looking to grow while keeping my gut in check. Lol

No offense dude but if you're running that cycle, let alone tren you should know how to eat by now to obtain what you want. And running the much gear at 160lbs!!!? How tall are you. Hopefully under 5'5"

And I've always known how to eat, I'm just trying to dial it in even better. Other opinions are always welcomed, because they can help. Nobodybin this board knows everything and if you train long enough, you'll find out you learn something all the time

Take kfizzles advice. Eat, eat, eat as much good quality food that you can. Personally I eat chicken, beef, rice, yams, almonds, pasta and sweet potatoes just about everyday spread out in 6 meals and then I drink 3 high calorie shakes aswell. Your body can't help but grow if you force it to. ...ok 160 at 5'2" is a lot better than being 160 at like 5'10" lol keep it bro. Eat big, lift heavy and you will grow

This exactly what I was thinking since swimsuit weather is gone. At 160lbs I have a good look, since I'm only 5'2 maybe 5'3 depending on the shoes I'm wearing. Lol

This is about the heaviest I've been, which is good because im still somewhat lean. I've got close to this weight before on a dirty bulk that didn't look near as good.

I have got a lot better this go around with eating and not just binge bulking. More expensive, but the rewards are far better. I still have my treat at Dairy Queen every Sunday after the gym.lol

I've really upped my protein to around 300grams and fats are minimal to about 40-50grams coming from my lean meats, eggs,peanut butter, and avocados.
I think I should get my carbs.

I'm really even more motivated to eat after watching Rich Piana's nutrition. Never ate a lot of "clean" calories and I think that's has fucked up my results in some bulk.

I tell ya, after training for 10 years, it still feels like there's a shit ton more to learn. Someone out there always has something to bring to the table!!!
