+ 1 big bad ass burger!

I know everybody is into eatin clean/right, im guilty of this myself. But who doesn't want to endugle in a gastronomical masterpiece every so often. Im not talkin about any restaurant's or pia and donuts to order. Im talkin about real food made at the homestead!

You will need: texas toast, thick cut applewood bacon, gouda cheese, A1 sauce, ground meat, onions, egg

1st you need to cook the bacon(i put a black iron griddle on top to keep it flat) after that cook the burger to the size you want in the bacon grease....yum! After the bacon is cooked i put it inside the the texas toast with the gouda to make 2 bacon gouda grilled cheese sandwiches ( this will be the buns) after the burger is done grill the onions in the remaining drippings in the pan. Then finally the egg cooked over easy. Put the burger between grilled cheese sandwiches with onions a1 and the egg and more cheese. Farkin delicious!

Fat: like albert
calories: probably a shit ton
carbs: plenty
sodium: enough to last a week

You all get the point......enjoy yoself!

God I would kill for a big ass burger and fries right now. I literally have dreams at night about eating stuff like that and going to the chinese buffet.

Mate, you can eat what ever you want and still cut up. Just count your macros! And about the sodium; use sea salt.

I've done if both ways and for what've reason eating clean works better. Same exact macros and calories, shit I was even doing cardio back then. Now I'm eating clean hitting the same macros and calorie intake doing no cardio and getting shredded way faster. Idk why but that's what it is. Not saying the other way doesn't work, it just takes longer
