-1 Cycling and estrogen sides

I'm going to preface this post with a brief statement and introduction. I have been cycling for roughly 7 years. I started with test and have expanded from there. I pride myself on knowing quite a bit about building cycles and have been a CPT personal trainer for several years. Obviously I always have room to learn and that's why I am here. My question is this. I grew up a fat kid. I was always "flabby" and even when I was at peak conditioning as a fighter, I was always still kinda flabby. No matter what I did I could never see abs or even be in single digit BF numbers. When I first started cycling I knew nothing about ancillaries and never did any PCT and to be honest I think it has contributed to the issues I am now having. I just came off a cycle of test cyp, nothing major 750mg a week split up into daily pins, I have found that pinning daily even on long esters keeps me from having the ebb and flow of energy and sides associated with pinning 1.5 twice a week. Anyway, Me and my workout partner were basically running the same thing and while our diets weren't perfect they were similar and not horrible, and even when my diet is perfect, no matter what I do or take I can't get the results that I see in others and can still not get rid of this dreaded flab, especially in my chest and lower belly. I am assuming the chest is mostly associated with not doing PCT for the first couple of years and that has caused me to be more estrogenic. I am now in PCT taking 25mg ed of aromasin 10mg nolva, 100mg clomid split into two 50mg doses daily and 2500iu ed of HCG. I am having some ED issues while even on cycle and I am only 37 years old. I have to take viagra or something most always. I had blood work done by my doctor before this last cycle that was roughly 20 weeks and when he called me with the results said that everything looked ok. I went to him in the first place because no matter what I did/do I am steadily gaining weight and not the good kinda weight. My workout partner is just blowing up (we are using the same lab as always) and his results are amazing but mine are HORRIBLE and it has kinda been this way for a couple of years. We workout 5-6 days a week and I am at a loss for how to reach some goals here. I am curious what everyones thoughts are and any recommendations are welcomed. I am going to run this aromasin for a couple months in the hopes of helping to get this estrogen under control and hopefully reduce some of this gyno.

I didn't say always, stop putting words into my mouth. I don't know what catfishing is, but I'm not trying to do anythnig. I was simply saying my diet isnt always perfect but even when it is, I am unable to get where I want to be. I also said that in the past couple of years something is fucked up and no matter what I do, I am having a lot harder time dropping weight. don't be a dick, if you don't want to help go somepkace else and troll. If you do want to help, I would appreciate it.

Woah bud clam down, Rusty is pointing out the obvious. Clean eating is clean eating, pretty simple thing to understand.

Either your diet consist of clean healthy foods or it doesnt. You set yourself up for failure when you eat like crap.

Go to the diet section and read what real clean eating is. Go hard in the gym and harder in the kitchen.

But coming on here and saying one of the biggest contributors to the site is Trolling is not a good start.

I understand that diet is important. I also admit it's not perfect. But if you were to read the rest of the posts, you will see what my diet looks like and also understand that when my diet IS perfect over the past couple of years my BF has started to go up and I don't know why. Not to mention my dick not working and also estrogen sides that I had never experienced before. I am new to this site, and I'm not particularly fond of people being assholes to me no matter what their "status" is on the internet. If he wants to help awesome! I need it! If he doesn't that's cool too. But don't be a dick about it. If someone is that prestigious with their contributions then I'm sure he will have no trouble finding someplace else to make a difference. I asked for help sincerely and obviously my jokes about eating crap weren't interpreted as such. There is a sample of my typical day to day diet, if you want to take a look at it, great. If not, that's cool too. I appreciate any and all help but I didn't do anything to be made fun of, called names, or what the fuck ever catfish is. I'm a white guy from Indiana, I don't speak ghetto.

I think this guy just doesnt understand what it really means to eat clean. i don't care who you are or what body type you have, if your burning more calories then you take in each day your going to drop weight... he says if he doesn't see results quick he gets frustrated and eats whatever is easy... well thats def not the way to lose weight... there is no quick in dropping body fat.. its a slow long process that has to kept to a clean diet day in and day out

I will admit that macros is my worst understanding part of this process. Like i initially said, I use to lift just to be strong and now am wanting to change my body. When I was younger and wrestling and then boxing and then MMA I was able to loose weight very efficiently and now that is not the case and it is frustrating. Even when I DO have a nice clean diet and cycle my carbs or deplete them completely, I am STILL having issues loosing weight. I am lloking for deas on why my dick is stopping working and why I am so estrogenic.

You mentioned BP and Cholesterol numbers. I simply asked if I should talk to my doctor about something to help with my HDL because you mentioned it.

I agree 100% ... maybe your right , maybe is catfishing ... if not though , he needs to talk to someone on proper diet and training protocols because from the looks of this hes never going to drop the BF and like you said can end up doing some real damage to himself.

tell me about it, im 38 years , in the best shape of my life, finally have some nice defined abs going on, but i had to work my ass off for it every single day, eating right, lifting and cardio twice a day. still have some tiny stubborn fat at the very bottom of stomach thats holding on for dear life.. its work

OP - Are you serious? Genuine question, and I'm not trying to lock horns with you in case it comes across that way.

IF you are I'll give you a diet that will drop your BF, but you'll need to learn done discipline by the sound of it.

I was using the doughnuts and pizza as a joke sayng that my diet isn't always perfect. Like I also said I have been cycling for 7 years and I also fought for several years and could drop weight like crazy and fast and easy. I am being sincere and honest when I say that something has happened in the last couple of years and it's VERY hard for me to lose BF no matter how my diet looks or what supplements I use. I have alwasy just carb cycled or depleted and had great success with that in the past. What I am saying now is I am having bad estrogen sides, ED and it's hard as hell to lose BF.

what does your diet look like? can you post what your daily food intake looks like? how much cardio are you doing? the diet has to be clean , every day, day after day constantly . if the diet is clean, and your lifting and cardio are correct, theres no reason you shouldnt be losing the fat... please post a sample of what your eating so maybe we canhelp

Average diet. I work third shift so I wake up around 1;30. I'll eat some eggs and maybe a piece of whole wheat toast. I'll have a shake with that or as I am making it, just one scoop with half water half no sugar almond milk. I'll hit the gym around 2:30. We mix it up every day and cycle between heavy and higher reps usually every couple months. Cardio is sprinkled in and it's from HIIT to brisk walking or row machine. 30 min every other day, sometimes less depending on time. I realize that I do need to do more cardio, but when I do a lot of cardio my muscle goes before my fat and then I get frustrated, I assume it is macros related. PPost workout I'll have a scoop with water and BCAA powder and then go home and I try to eat again as soon as I get home. Where the diet isn't perfect is if I am pressed for time I will stop at qdoba and eat a naked burrito with no rice or light brown rice and double beans and chicken. no sour cream or cheese. then if have to eat something at work at night because I forgot my food or am strapped for time, it will be 6" turkey on wheat form subway. I usually have at least one more shake at night at work just to help with my protein intake. I will do half water half almond milk. I don't drink a lot of soda, if I do it's diet dew.

I'd recommend adding proviron to your cycles from now on. like 25mg. Not always but in any heavy estrogenic cycle. Just watch prostate

Oh and aromasin is a shitty anti estrogen. The half life is less than 12 hours. Too much roller coaster effects of estrogen thats why you experience ED.

Switch to arimidex 0.25mg every day during cycle. Always carry multiple brands of AI's. Don;y just rely on one because if one brand is underdosed it's good to use the other. Typically I have 2 brands, i break the pieces into 0.125mg and take 1 of each brand each day. That way I know I'm getting estrogen blocking if one of the brands isn't dosed properly

25mg of aromasin daily is WAY TOO MUCH by the way. most only take 6.25mg daily

Thank you. The Aromasin came as 12.5mg caps. I am just takin one in the am and one pm. I have a hard time finding adex here locally. Like I said, I'm new to this forum site and have only ordered from one sponsor and all they had was the aromasin. I have used adex before and I do like it. The last pct I ran was called "pro PCT" and it was nolva, clomid and provi. I loved it but have been unable to find it again. As I was telling another guy earlier, my fucked up work schedule doesn't always make it easy to keep macro's on point. But even when my macros are great, I still can't find single digit BF numbers..... WTF am I doing wrong?

well it depends on the timing of foods and what type of foods you eat.

You said you work swing shifts and your sleep schedule is messed up. This is probably messing up your sleeping and eating patterns.

Try logging on a website like myfitnesspal.com it's pretty easy and quick. as for sleep good luck try to get a routine down and just keep eating clean and working out hard you will get there

given your stats, weight, bf, and other problems, first thing comes to mind is, what are your sleep habits like? do you possibly or have sleep apnea? before I had my sleep apnea diagnosed and treated my progress and ability to build muscle came to a complete stop. my love handles wouldn't go no matter how I manipulated my nutrition, also had ed issues from time to time.

I work 3rd shift and I have a horrible time sleeping. If I get 5 hours a day I am lucky. For instance, this morning I came home from work around 4:30am and fell sleep from 5:30 until around 7:45 and then was wide awake all day. I took a 45 min nap before going back in tonight.

I used to work 3rds, if your not already doing this, try no caffeine or sugar or anything sweet 4 hours before you plan on going to sleep. if you can go more than that even better. try a night mask too and room darkening shades. I used to sleep with ear plugs and the ceiling fan or box fan all year. most of that is pretty common with shift workers but it helps. it may take a little while to get used to it though. good luck.

I have my windopws blacked out and I sleep with a fan. but I only sleep for an hour or two and then I wake up a lot and toss and turn a lot. My doctor put me on some trazadone to help me sleep but I hated it and only took it for 3 days, it made me feel groggy and stupid.

No i assure you that I am 37 (1977)I have been off and on for about 7 years. I am 6'2" and currently weigh 275 and I'm roughly 23%. I am very strong and I lifted for many years just to be strong but the past 4 years have been dedicated to trying to make change to my person. I am very keen on the chemistry side of things. I would say that I am between mesomorph and endomorph in my body "type" simply because of my height. I can honestly gain weight just from looking at carbs. lol I have a hard time with my macros. ( as does everyone else) What other information would you like for me to provide?Feel free to ask me any questions to make you feel comfortable as to my extent of "experience" I will be more than happy to answer them. I recently changed my workouts to hit every muscle group 2-3 times a week, little bit higher reps (12-14) little bit lighter weight (60-70% 1RM) I'm unsure if I am succumbing to "old age" and I am packing on weight and aromatising or if I am missing something totally off the mark. I see guys run 750mg week prop, 500mg week tren ace, some clen, t3 and just get RIPPED... When I take the SAME stack I get strong as fuck, meaner than a rattlesnake, and hornier than a 10 dick dog, but I fail to get that very lean look..... I enjoy mixing up cycles and experimenting and I have a few friends who compete regularly and they regularly ask me for advice about cycles because I am kinda ate up with it... I just can't seem to find my sweet spot.

Thank you for sharing all the info. I have ran EQ before and I have also ran provi along with clomid and nolva as a PCT. Do you think it may be beneficial to have my dr put me on a cholesterol pill of some sort? Do you reckon I should run just some winny and maybe provi and var to help with the leaning process? The fuck of it all is that I don't eat a lot, or even horribly bad. Don't get me wrong, I will, on occasion, eat 2 boxes of doughnuts and a large pizza. I'm not perfect, don't judge me!! :-) anyway, it just kills me to loose weight, BF at least. What would you recommend that I run as a way to help me cut BF and maintain lmm? I have recently switched to a more palio approach (no I'm not a crossfit fag either) it just made sense to help me reach my goals. The problem is that when I don't see the results quick enough it gets frustrating and I just eat whatever is easy and you know the rest, it's a snowball effect. Another problem I have is that I absolutely despise coming off cycle, no different than anyone I reckon, but I feel like absolutely nothing gets done when I am off. I HATE IT!!! hahahahahahahaha 3 years ago I found athe magic and went form 265 25% down to 220 13% in about 5-6 weeks. I just didn't write it down and I can't for the life of me remember what I was running. Also anytime I run tren or EQ I always make sure and donate blood to combat the RBC count.

I agree to many variables, I can relate to being a fat and flabby with bitch tits becaue I was there not too long ago, what's your cardio and diet like?? It comes down to the basics , like counting your macros and low intense cardio for long periods or high intensity for short intervals, I found that in the morning on an empty stomach 30 to 40 minutes on the stair climber transformed my keg into a 6 pack, best of luck brother and I hope you can get it straightened out
