I have been doing business with EA for about five years now, all small orders in the three to five hundred dollar range. My most recent order was just as always, 100% perfect business.

Professional and personal. From my very first order to my most recent, I've always been treated like a long-time customer. Seamless. If I ever have a question, it's answered quickly and clearly.
No matter what day I order, from start to finish has been four or five days tops!
I must emphasize that I'm a "small time" customer. My orders have been small and only for personal/competitive use. Even so, EA has always treated my orders with the attention and service you would expect if you were a much more frequent and larger order customer.
