Help! Trying to get my tracking number, i have made several requests with no response.....donation was picked up 9 or 10 days ago. Requests have been made to "[email protected]", "[email protected]", through the website, on "forum.in", now through this website......................... I have read nothing but good reviews on all websites so I don't understand why I have not gotten a response yet.

My order was split in half. I received the first package today. I ordered EQ and Test in the little square package things... not sure what I got in this order is EQ or Test. . can you tell me how I can tell? I know its one or the other and the other one will come in the second order. Thanks.

So I places my order 4 days ago and have done Exactly what I was told to do. I have not gotten any info in how to send payment. All I wanted to do is pay for my gear for the promo code. I am not sure what to do I've sent multiple emails saying this. Not sure what else to do.

All my issues with supplier have been resolved. They do communicate quickly and courteously via PM on this site. If you order from them do not expect them to contact you via their site contact page. Use this forum and use PM and i am sure any issues you may have will be resolved. I finally can recommend them after initially having a less then ideal situation. Their packaging is very clever but you better have good eyes if you have a mixed order. I can not see how it would not slip through customs.
