MCT carrier oil?

Hey guys,
My local guy just started using MCT oil in his test 300 as the carrier. I just picked up a few vials which contains the MCT. I don't know a lot about it and after skimming through some google searches I am reading good and bad things. Does anyone here have first hand experience running gear with it?

I would not use it as a carrier oil for AAS.
It can hinder the absorbtion time/rate.
That's what I was reading actually. Also that it is one of the ingredients in synthol?
