Food for mass.....
Just wondering about my diet and if its going to help me with what I'm trying to accomplish..
M1 - 14oz Egg Whites, 75g Cream of Rice (60 carbs)
LIFT
M2 - 3 Scoops True Mass, 20oz Milk
M3 - 7oz 99/1 Turkey, 80g Oats, 2-3oz Spinach, 2-3oz Papaya
M4 - 7oz 99/1 Turkey, 80g Oats, 2-3oz Spinach, 2-3oz Papaya
M5 - 7oz 93/7 Beef, 80g Oats, 2-3oz Spinach, 2-3oz Papaya
M6 - 2 Scoops Syntha 6, 20oz Milk
Currently 5'8, 200.. I eat this every day of the week. When the weekends roll around, I eat about 4 meals and just really try to pound the water and give my digestive system a break since I struggle to fit all this food in my stomach with a gallon of water a day.
Just trying to mass up guys and get those Arnie arms and Corey Mathews look goin..

Looks good but for serious growth add in 2 more meals, maybe even an extra shake. Try to stay switching your whole foods up too. Salmon, some red meat, chicken, nuts, whole eggs, ect. Looks really clean though just add a little more(easier said than done i know)
