Good for you bro i say........... let me quickly add.. creatine use is gonna make your guts feel like they want to explode so dont rely on it too much bro...... my suggestion here is to source and buy a large amount of the best quality BCAAs you can find and afford and hammer the shit outa them...... far more important than any other supp imo... i have no clue what the best brand is over in the US so hopefully some bros that rely on BCAAs as much as me will chime in here.
Cmon guys bring me the best american BCAA brand up in here ...... thanks :))
Thanks bro I will search the Internet to see if I can find that brand of bcaa
SciVation Xtend is my favorite
•7000 mg of BCAAs in an ideal 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine
•3500 mg of Leucine
•2500 mg of Glutamine
•1000 mg of Citrulline Malate
•1171 mg of Electrolytes
•640 mcg of Vitamin B6
•ZERO Carbohydrates or Sugar
strawberry-Kiwi is my favorite flavor so far
tuna would be better ...lol
Just ordered me done thanks for that info bro
Thank you sir, I always walk away with something from your posts.
BOOOOM....that sounds like the business right there.
Thanks makwa yous got a +3 for being highly detailed there brother :)))))
Thats quality!..... and thats what BBs should be looking for.
Price should NOT be an issue were BCAAs are concerned.
This is what I did during this past EBC and it went well. You can look at my pics to see how I progressed over 12 weeks. I missed a good bit of training too from getting sick and my son being in the hospital. Overall I missed about 3 or 4 weeks of training and I still progessed well. Had I got all 12 weeks in I think it would've been amazing.
i have been doing this since the start of the new year... only whole/raw natural foods -- nothing processed or refined (i do have my cheat days though of course, but nothing like how i used to eat)
the results have been a recomp effect, as in maintaining muscle and losing bodyfat. the funny thing is i actually have been putting on weight, lol. enjoy bro.
Did u find it hard to maintain your daily intake of calories and protein
Nah, I never track macros. I basically just try and shoot for well rounded meals.
I believe in getting as much protein from natural good as possible. My 2 exceptions are whey post workout and casein before bed. I'll think you'll be in for a pleasant suprise when more of your calories come from natural "real" food.
I'm deff gonna try
RustyhookerYou'll be kitchen savvy in no time. Good luck!
Oh I'm kitchen savvy bro .. But you just don't wanna eat my cooking lol
I wish you the best of luck mate and will follow with interest.
On a side note these past 10 days the only change in diet I have made was consuming high quality lean beef from Uruguay, up 4lbs, could just be coincidence but I usually eat chicken and turkey.
Also Makwa, I´m jealous pal.
Thanks.. Yeah I'm deff envy of him as well it would be nice to have that natural resource available to me
I try to go as all natural as possible. I fill the freezer up with venison, squirrels, rabbits, grouse, pheasant, and turkeys in the fall and have a huge garden. I also raise chickens so I have a constant supply of fresh eggs all the time. Walleye are caught from the local lakes year round. I can't remember the last time I bought meat from a store. I do need my protein shakes so there is no way of getting around that for me. I think the more you can stay away from anything with preservatives, articfical dyes, sweetners etc. the better. The body doesn't need or utilize these things so it makes sense not to ingest them.
Im jealous! Sounds like your living the dream!

-- I thought I was lucky. DAMN !!!.. I am so sick of the midwest fare of food.. Its very good..
but the fact that you can get that variety.. you are VERY lucky to get these. I have really good skills in the
kitchen, and I would LOVE to lay my hands on this amount of variety of protein...way cool !
I totally agree. I think the hardest part will be the protein intake from food alone but I am going try, if I see I am not meeting the min of 1 gram per pound of body weight then I will supplement protein shakes in my daily diet.
