Arimidex/Anastrazole for cuting

ad

Hi . Just before i start pls excuse my English as is not my first language.
So. Im 33 of age ,at 23% BF and i have hit the gym regularly for 3 years , i have bulk and cut 3 times, and i have a good knowledge of calories counting , cardio and patience, losing no more then max 2 ld a week wend it come to cuting, and keeping 90% of my PR on the big lifts .
Each cut i done i have to stop at 17% BF as i heat a brick wall , not bean able to get rid of the stubborn fat , witch is around my waist , back and lower chest. I have no hard tissue , nor puffy nipels , but think i have a bit of estrogen problem.
I never use any steroids yet , but im thinking to use a light dose of 0,25 mg eod or every 3days to see if it help me. I have to mention that if i do a refid or i do eat junk food i tend to blow like a ballon holding a lot of water retation,
Pls advice and tel me your opinion. I will try and post some pics
Thnx in advance

if you go messing with estrogen with out bloodwork good chance all youll do is dehydrate and get low estrogen and injure yourself. ive seen mwags with low estrogen, hes miserable and in pain. plus there is no go in the bedroom with low estrogen.

hi yes i know low estro can dry u out , and yes i read that can give u ''soft time'' in the bed , that's way i ask u guys in hope that u r pointing me in the right direction, or advice base on your experience. i read that some old chap control his dose of arimidex base on his REM ( rapid eye movement or Rem Sleep Wood).

ive never heard of such a thing, thats craziness. with out blood work to back up estrogen issues youre playing with fire. my suggestion is get bloods done. the kind of body fat you carry typically is a hereditary type of body fat, also it is linked to certain types of poor diet. with out more info, i think you need to get blood work done and there is no amount of advice that will give you the answers youre looking for without them.

yes u r right , i live a very poor diet in the past and yes the fat is hereditary as two members of my fam now both 6 foot under have same prob in the past .2010 was the new year for me ,try to educate my self and start a new life but no meter how hard i try my cut cant last more then 4 months and that is a slow cut , any more then that i lose hair and sex drive( to low test) yet cant get lower then 17-18%BF. What other blood test do u suggest? can you enlighten me on this pls? any info and advice will help . I have a good understanding when it come to cardio , body adaptation , and metabolic damage on prolong caloric deficit . Pls do advice or point me in the right direction .
Thanx in advance

Have you gotten any blood work done to confirm you have an estrogen problem before you start self medicating?
Best way to prevent bloating from junk food is to not eat junk food.

LUCLY's picture

yes ha ha . i do stay away from junk food but once a month i have to give in just like others can not stay away from a pint or two ,Even if i have clean food and just a bit extra salt in it , it will create water retention . As for the blood test, i have it done and it come out as 62pg/ml, But my doc will not subscribe me anything .
I ask for any advice if any of u can help meat all, as i think the more advice the beater the journy
I know estrogen hormone its not to play with.
Thank u in advance .

Here is little reading material that:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3143915/

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/429508

If your doctor was not willing to prescribe you anything then I can in no way recommend any course of action, being that I am not nearly as qualified as he or she is. Only thing I can say is get a second opinion or if you live somewhere that is not possible be persistent and have a discussion with the doctor on what your goals are and how you can achieve them and ask IF you have some underlying issue that is impeding that process.

ok. thank u for the info. i will keep reading on this subject before i will decide to adventure with arimidex.
