need some advice on my diet during and after a cycle

So this is the deal, right now im on my bulk like the rest of the world. my goal is to hit 200lb by January, which is possible, only 1lb/week. My diet now is basically 50/30/20, carb. protein,fat split . Im eating ~3500c a day, spliting up meals into smaller portions and hitting around 250g p , 500g c, and <100g of fat. My goal is to be 6% BF by the time may/june comes around, so with the layout below what should i change my diet to through out the cycle to utilize tren and test the best and for after the cycle to keep some solid gains, along with how long should i run that diet until i can fully go 2500calories 30/50/20 split .
now for the cycle
Cycle Length: 8 weeks
Cycle Layout:
Weeks 1-8 100 mg Test Prop100 taken every other day
Weeks 1-8 100 mg Tren Acetate taken every other day
Weeks 3-8 40 mg Stan10 ( 4) per day
Weeks 1-8 + 10 days after last Injection, half of a Anastrozle
PCT
Weeks 1-4 100mg clomid per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG ( split like... 1,500 iu Mon, 1.500 iu Wed, 1,500 iu Fri)
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG ( ect)
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG (ect)

RustyhookerProtein is too low. Should be near 400g/day.
Cycle posted you're on currently? Whats current bulking cycle? Priors?

im not currently on any cycle, im just bulking with that 3500c diet, and so i should do 400g p on the cycle but what about after? and would it be okay to lower my carb intake to around 150 or should i keep that up too?
RustyhookerOff cycle i run 1.5g/lb bodyweight. On cycle 2.0g/lb. If your gaining then keep carbs where they are at. Cardio as needed to burn off fat. Carbs can be adjusted to meet goals. They are good in diet as they keep protein from being used only for fuel and not recovery. Glycogen sparing. On the off workout days you can run low carbs to avoid fat storage...if that's happening.
RustyhookerAnd be careful to run nolva or torem during pct to keep estro in check.
I heard somewhere or read somewhere novla was a "bad" pct compared to clomid coming off a tren cycle ,maybe it applied to tren only cycles I'm not sure and how well does HCG work since this will be my first time using it
RustyhookerForums.....ai/pct. Read stickie by carlis danger. Also the posted tren cycle isn't a good one. Many easier ways to hit goals without a monkey on your back. Whens cycle start? Goals of cycle? If you're not maxed out or advanced...avoid tren. It bites hard when ya least expect it.
The set date for my cycle is most like gonna be in 1 month, my cycle goal is to get down to 6-7% BF and retain my muscle, i would love to put on mucsle in certian areas tho, such as arms and chest. the end goal is to be competing in physique competitions at 195lbs and 5%bf but im givening my self like 3 more years for that if i want to be realistic
