blood sugar and gh lets put it to rest
For as long as i have researched hgh one thing that keeps coming up is this blood sugar increase or decrease post injection. FAst digesting carbs post pin or none at all for 1 hour before or after pin. 1 pin only in the morning to avoid a disruption of gh secreted during sleep or split that shit up half dose am and half dose pm Now ill be the first to admit that i do jump around from forum to forum I respect my veterans here at Eroids to the limit but I am an avid reader of this GH15 Pocket Bible and i take what I can from both. Ill also be the first to admit that i have tried some gh15 protocols and have always reverted back to my eroids homies because the facts are the facts i cant handle the sides of some of the protocols that this/these guy/guys promote. But its tough to just toss it to the side. So lets Really get an in depth discussion going here because i am just a student of broscience on my best day as im sure most of us are and open minded and eager to learn.

HGH makes you insulin resistant. Specifically in fat cells.
Its true, hgh DOES raise blood glucose levels...
there is nothing to be discussed. Am I missing something?
Get a Blood Sugar Monitor and truy it yourself...you will see. GH for use with maximum fat loss is GH and then cardio and no carbs for 1 to 2 hours. There have been nuimerous examples and studies on FFA's release in the body during cardio and GH administration and the difference is phenominal. People say GH and Fatloss can be expensive - and it is - but doing it with cardio and an optimal diet where you ensuire insulin is as low as possible - can shed tremendous amounts of fat....key is to keep the body in detox mode as lots of FFA release is actually pro oxidant.
